Well spotted. Plus the more obvious October 26 end slate!Right! I bring news.
The UK Version of the trailer has a shot of Bond punching a bodyguard in the face wearing a tux, replacing the shot of Bond and the henchman underwater.

That's just what I needed/wanted. This looks great even just at a glimpse of it all. Nicely done, well paced, striking images.
Can't wait for the full trailer, but for now and just as an appetizer, yeah....Bring on November!

"Some men are coming to kill us. We're going to kill them first".
Us? Sounds like this is going to be a team-effort movie, rather than Bond as the lone-wolf... Hmm... hope not.

Search for Odeon cinemas Skyfall trailer on youtube for the alternate "one shot" different trailer.
Thank you, great found!!
In Spanish we have the underwater shot. The substitution has something to do with censorship??

Now the movie looks good (from what I'm seeing so far)
and In the end, when all is said and done, I only want two things from here on out
1. The traditional Gunbareel opening at the beginning of the film. (Where it belongs)
2. The Bond theme mixed into the score during proper moments of Classic Bond action.
those two elements put in place, and I won't care if:
Bond never has another Martini again
We never see another "Way Out" gadget in a Bond film again. (I love the gadgets, don't get me wrong but let's keep them low key if at all)

I would liked to have seen more of the villain, but hopefully we'll get that in the main trailer.

I agree that Bond should handle jobs as a lone wolf. In recent films he's been far too wired-in. With all the high-tech telephonic connectivity and tracking bugs and constant cutting back to MI6, it feels as if Bond is being operated by remote control. Once the mission is underway, it's best for Bond to operate on his own, without a tether to mama. But in the broader context, he's just an instrument of a collectivity, and it's natural for him to think in terms of "we" rather than "I", especially when talking to an MI6 superior. All his objectives are determined by MI6, not by his own ego. Even if he executes the orders alone, unassisted, he's still acting on behalf of a team.

Anyone else feel like they are watching a Bourne movie? As with Quantum, I'm not impressed. I understand the producers, as with every Bond, try to incorporate current day issues into the plot...unfortunately I am not into the boring, manufactured politics of the 21st century.
I've never seen a Bourne movie, so I wouldn't know, and don't care. Bourne is like Matt Helm - a flash in the pan, a momentary fad not worthy of being compared to Bond.
I'm not sure what you mean by the "manufactured politics of the 21st century", but I don't think you can blame that on the Bond producers.
It's true that the Bond films have always incorporated "current day issues" in some way. But this has generally been in a vague, thematic capacity:
DN - Space race
FRWL - Cold War
GF - Red China, nuclear weapons
TB - Nuclear weapons, NATO
YOLT - Space race
OHMSS - Agricultural revolution, sexual revolution
DAF - Nuclear disarmament
LALD - Drugs, racial conflict
TMWTGG - Energy crisis
TSWLM - Detente
MR - Space exploration
FYEO - Cold War
OP - Cold War
AVTAK - Computers
TLD - Afghanistan
LTK - South American drug lords
GE - Breakup of the Soviet Union
TND - Mass media
TWINE - Terrorism, oil
DAD - "Axis of Evil", torture, 9/11
CR - Terrorism, poker
QOS - Environmentalism, South American leftism
SF - ?
There's no evidence that Skyfall is any more "ripped from the headlines" than any Bond film of the last thirty years. If anything, it's shaping up to be substantially less inspired by current affairs than the last several films.

At 1:08, there's a different shot they used as he's hitting a guy in what looks like a temple instead of him being in the water. It's also not cropped? For some reason some are longer than others? The one by Sony Pictures has extra shots of Patrice loading his gun as well and is 1:23.
