Wish I was. The photos are from the website Cannes En Live. I've asked them on Twitter if there's any sign of a SF poster, and the answer was "No". So...let's wait and see.

Fantastic Marketto, thanks!

God, I wish I was there in Cannes. Just a spectacle of great film and what a gorgeous place to be. And watching Bond on the beach? Well, what more do you want?

Eyes peeled for 'Skyfall' gents..!! First one to spot it gets a Faberge Egg!

TSWLM's a mess. Boring script, dreary washed-out cinematography, dated disco cheese score, Moore at his most smug and annoying, and easily the worst Bond girl. Tiny tits, a face like a Roswell alien, and the emotion of a teleprompter.

But... but... but...

At least admit that Barbara Bach´s more endowed than... Maryam d´Abo.

Alright, I give you that. ;)

And "a face like a Roswell alien"...

Are you saying she would have been better suited for "Moonraker"?

I really hope Casino Royale gets a wide rerelease in IMAX.

What I was thinking when I was watching it in the theater back in 2006. An IMAX re-release would be great. Possibly being out between September-November.

No sign of Skyfall Teaser Poster anywhere, at least until now.

I have a feeling, we won't see it until one of the very last few days.

Back onto the topic at hand...still waiting with eager anticipation to see if the rumors of the Skyfall poster being revealed at Cannes are true.. Was there any "credible sources" or is MI6's "source" just full of "that-useful-four-letter-word"? LOL!

Are you joking?

Having DAF in there is a travesty.

A travesty? Get over yourself.

t should definitely have been TSWLM. Its a damn good Bond film.

Calm down Shark, it's my opinion and i'm entitled to it thank you very much. After re-watching it last night my opinion stays the same. Connery is very good in it, the elevator fight is a great scene and Wint and Kidd are creepy villains. Other than that it's pretty terrible, Tiffany Case has a personality transplant half way through and Blofeld in drag really is the last straw. And the less said about the moon buggy chase the better.

Back in your cage, then.

Any reviews of the digital screenings of the Bond films at Cannes?

I really want to hear more about them. Especially OHMSS and Diamonds, which are not currently on blu ray but coming with the Bond 50 set.

God...very jealous. Imagine watching 'Dr.No' on the Canne beach...if only...! Can't we have more screenings like that in the UK / US / globally for us fans!?

I found out from a fellow forum poster that all of June will be a Bond celebration by the American Cinematheque. Films being shown at the Aero Theater and the Egyptian Theater!.

Cool. Hoping for some national Bond film showings. It would be nice to see a wide one day release of some of the Bond films in select theaters nationwide.

I already plan on going to see it in IMAX opening night and if there are midnight showings I am so there.

Here is the American Cinematheque's website. If you're in California, great, if you're willing to drive to California for Bond you're a true hero.

Thanks for the pics!!! Hopefully we will hear about the screening of OHMSS on Wednesday and if corrections have been made with the audio. The UE DVD DTS and Dolby tracks had issues with music and sound mix.
I believe there was also some picture issues with OHMSS in terms of color timing too.

Thank you Marketto for posting images of my wife! :D

And I love fireworks...and James Bond...but how distracting what that be for fireworks AND 'Dr.No' at the same time! Keep it down over there!

They should have at least timed it with the final confrontation when Dr.No's hideout explodes, a bit of bonus 4D cinema with surround sound! :P

Press Assocation information about SKYFALL teaser unveiling at Cannes:

New Bond girl Berenice Marlohe, who plays Severine in the new 007 thriller, will unveil the trailer at Cannes. Original Bond girl Martine Beswick, who starred as Zora in From Russia With Love and as Paula in Thunderball, will also be present to introduce a special screening of From Russia With Love immediately afterwards.

The screening of the trailer and the film will take place as part of the Cannes Classics Cinema de la Plage outdoor screening series that is celebrating 50 years of Bond this year. The series represents the first time the franchise has ever been to the festival.

Other James Bond films on the schedule include Dr No, Diamonds Are Forever, On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Casino Royale. Skyfall, the 23rd James Bond film, will be in cinemas from October 26.

Diamonds Are Forever is criminally underrated by Bond fans.

It's a cartoon movie, of course, but that alone is not cause for criticism. It should be viewed within its own context. That context is light, fun entertainment. In that sense, it ticks every box in my opinion.

I'll never forget Bond, in a shiny red Mustang, being chased through Las Vegas - some superb driving on show in that sequence!

Diamonds Are Forever is great, but it's not difficult to see why it's underrated. It's chock-full of superficial put-offs: Connery is visibly older, the setting is cheesy and anti-exotic, there is a lot of mean-spirited humor at the expense of women and gay men, Blofeld dresses in drag for no reason whatsoever, and Felix Leiter is played by Fred Flintstone. It's not a newbie-friendly film. It's the durian fruit of Bond movies.
