I Find That The Timing For The Release Of Skyfall This Year Being Extremely Convenient For Not Only Us As Fans, But For The Franchise, And The Producers Themselves. It Has Occurred To Me, That Following What Was Considered A Disappointment From Many Fans' Point Of View, This Film Will Be 'Bond With A Capital "B"' Not Only Because It Is The 50th Anniversary, But Also To Win Back Some Fans That May Have Been Lost In The Past Years...
Though Quantum Of Solace Was A Financial Success, It Is Not Regarded As A Great Bond Film By The Majority. I Just Think That The 50th Anniversary Couldn't Have Come Around At A Better Time, Because Out Of It, I Believe We Will Be Getting The Greatest Bond Film Of This Decade. (Yes, I Have Hopes For It Surpassing Casino Royale!), And A Revived Chapter In The Franchises History.
Anyone Agree/Disagree With My Theory? Commence With The Discussion...
Let's see... where do I begin? I know. I'll start by saying that I disagree with your theory, er, whatever it is.
By all means, the best time to release the 50th anniversary film is in 2012. Splending timing, that. Jolly good of the producers to do that for us blighters.
Not sure what you mean by "Win(ning) Back Some Fans That May Have Been Lost In The Past Years." Did they take the tube and get lost?
So far as I know SF will be this decade's first Bond film. On that basis it should easily be this decade's best Bond film.
Ultimately, I do believe we need to wait for the film to be released. Let's do that, shall we?
I think I better stop now. I sense Jim's imminent presence.
