Did the marketing department working on Tomorrow Never Dies use the same font as the one used on Warren Zevon's "Werewolves of London" single artwork?
(1997)
(1978)
TND font = "Werewolves of London" font?

Hmmm, Zevon was a Bond fan... I think the case is conclusively wrapped up!

The used font is called "Serpentine"
The American designer Dick Jensen (born 1926 in St. Paul, Minnesota, died 2000 in Edina, Minnesota) created the font Serpentine™ in 1972.
Serpentine is a contemporary-looking display font. With the rise of digital typesetting and desktop publishing, this typeface quickly became both popular and ubiquitous. This dynamic, wide, boxy design is identifiable via tiny triangular swellings at the stroke endings – what might be called semi-serifs.
For the two listed objects here, the designers have taken the serpentine bold oblique font.
