It's like new, completely great condition...No scratches, dents, nothing.
It comes with everything it originally included...display box, instructions, the guarantee, and the watch.
It is the exact same watch as seen in this article
http://www.hodinkee....tch-the-gi.html
Since then the price has gone up, just send over an email with your offer though.
My email is,
[email protected]
These things are close to impossible to find, even for high prices. Noone has them anymore, and the ones that few do have are poor condition ones.

There were actually at least two versions of this produced, the main distinction being the embossed "GILBERT" logo above the 007 gunbarrel signature in the triangle between the retracting lenses. Here's a sampling of prices for each.
With GILBERT logo:
- 2009 Feb 26 ... $349.00
- 2009 Jun 19 ... $279.99
- 2009 Dec 30 ... $50.00 (packaging damaged, incomplete)
- 2010 Feb 03 ... $275.00 (plastic container box missing)
- 2009 Mar 05 ... $89.88
- 2009 May 28 ... $304.00
- 2009 Jun 23 ... $90.00 (not working)
- 2009 Sep 07 ... $334.08
- 2009 Nov 22 ... $174.50
- 2010 Feb 01 ... 273.00

It says Gilbert on the back of the watch.
I'm sure someone off ebay will be happy to pay a good amount.
If they're not hard, guide me to at least 1 link online where you can buy one, there are none.
...Can't find them easily.
To each his own, worth is what you make it.
If something is worth the money to that person, they will buy it.
Like me, I pay $1000.00 for knives because that's what makes me happy in life, others think I'm crazy.

Mine is the one without the Gilbert logo engraved on it.

I would not worry about it. Some people just like making lists and counting things. You're quite right, the true value of your watch is what someone is willing to pay for it. That's why price guides are only a guide and should be taken with a grain of salt, even watch price guides. I don't think ebay trends prove anything either. But that's me.
If you don't mind my asking, why are you selling? I find it hard to part with even the most mundane Bond items. Some people like making lists, I like collecting.
I have an affection for AC Gilbert toys. They help to tranport me back to a certain place and time. Don't forget it was Bond that made AC Gilbert go out of business. The poorly made James Bond Road Race set caused the company to go bankrupt.

Exactly mate.
Reason I'm selling?
I'm not really a collector of James Bond items, I just recieved this from my wifes grandfather. Seen it was worth a little bit, so I'm trying to auction it off.
Figure it'll pay some bills, possibly get me some new things.
I do like the watch, it looks really nice in the case and is a pretty solid watch. But to me honestly, it doesn't mean much. It would be nice to set in a curio cabinet for display/collection...But I could put the money to better use.
Not really sure where I'll find a buyer for it, hopefully one trots along soon.
I don't have a set price I'm asking, I'm trying to run into a good offer, but for now I'm taking any offers I can get.

Don't think that guarantee's worth the paper it's printed on somehow
It's the original paper, if you don't believe that, I can take numerous pictures of it, not sure what else there is to prove it's all original.
And saying good luck with that, I just had someone who contacted me by email, offering a good price around and above $700.00 and if it doesn't go through on ebay, I will be selling it to him. So i have it sold, on day 2 if he goes through with it, which hopefully he does.
**If you possibly wanted to buy it then still feel free to contact me, nothings 100% positive on if he really will buy it.

I'm not doubting you - it's my sense of humour - that is, I don't think Gilbert would honour the guarantee if it failed within the next five(?) years.

In that case, good sense of humor

Haha yeah, it was a year guarantee from the purchase date, a LONG time ago.
But it's always nice to have the original papers, the back of the paper has the instructions to the watch.

Yeah, like I said: They come up fairly regularly, altho as with anything, I'm sure one could hit the stray week or two where nothing was listed. Here's one with the Gilbert logo on the front.
As this seems to have been a Thread of some interest, I'll add another one to what you've kindly listed, Donovan.
