Ahhh...It was such a pleasure getting a little peek at her lovely little home up in the nice, cool Blue Mountains.

Yes. A tragic loss. Only last night was I watching your entire back catalogue.
She was even more beautiful than Honey Rider.

I take it she was the People's Bit Part Actress...?

Appeals to my sense of humour, but RIP to her.Yes. A tragic loss. Only last night was I watching your entire back catalogue.
Tasteless and uncalled-for, but oddly funny nonetheless.![]()

I worked with her last year (seriously!). Does that count?Yes, but when whoever played the Bregenz airline receptionist in QUANTUM OF SOLACE departs this earth, Zorin will say that a great actress has gone, but on that occasion he'll genuinely mean it.

"I'm sorry, sir, your card's been rejected. Do you have another?" "No. In a moment you're going to get a phone call. Would you mind telling them I've gone to Cairo?" Ah, what an amazingly well-written and brilliantly-directed scene that is. I get shivers just thinking about it. Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, Paul Haggis, Joshua Zetumer and Marc Forster really earned their money with that one.

It is a sadness someone has died. And as she was the first actress to bed Bond then there is a relevance to that - certainly on here. But I am not really going to have an outpouring of forum emotion for her.I take it she was the People's Bit Part Actress...?
Are you normally this unpleasant?

You're mistaken; the Perla de las Dunas receptionist who gets raped by Medrano is the one who is Charlie Chaplin's grand-daughter, appropriately enough named Oona Chaplin. That's charlie chaplin's daughter. Seriously.Yes, but when whoever played the Bregenz airline receptionist in QUANTUM OF SOLACE departs this earth, Zorin will say that a great actress has gone, but on that occasion he'll genuinely mean it.
