At this stage, the only thing that's happening with Bond 23 is probably the script writing, so this news is just nonsense.

As soon as I saw the name, I also thought they wouldn't have to find a fictitious name for her. In the credits, they can write:

Being Belgian myself, I would love to finally have a Belgian Bond girl. Too bad Cecile De France didn't get the Vesper part when she was one of the first actresses to audition for it. But I can assure you that this is pure rubbish. As far as I know, De Cock (which is by the way not such an uncommon name in Flanders) is far from being an actress. She had a little part in a soap opera and her only real claim to fame is that she is a former Miss Belgium.
