The rest I agree with. Or at least that's pretty much what I'd hope for.

Miranda Frost - survives
Jinx - death on the Antanov, perhaps going out the back of the plane thanks to a little push from Bond.
Graves - death on the Antanov, perhaps his suit has a self destruct sequence which Bond activates. A 'suit' death would be cool.
Zao - I'd like him to have an ambiguous death. The 'did he really die?' sort.

Just a side note, you made no mention of Colonel Moon. What would you want to see/what actually does happen to him?

My suppositions (not necessarily choices)
Mr Kils in the laser scene
Zao in the Ice Palace chase
Ms Frost, hoisted on her own sword.
Graves in the airplane, sucked out
Col Moon kills Falco and takes his place for the sequal

As for Colonel Moon, I'd like to see him get ribbed through the fan of a hovercraft

Of course Graves being sucked out of the plane.
But here they come,
Col. Moon kills Zao
And Jinx and Frost both die, leaving Bond w/out a woman at the end.
I know, out of left field, but hey I'm creative and curious. What can I say?

*Winces* oh... ouch. Man, you have one heck of a sick imagination.
But hey I like it!

It would have to be incredibly gory I think.

Jinx pushed out of the plane by Bond eh? You know something we don't?
I think he may be throwing us a red-herring, I wouldn't put it past him.

Yeah, this could be a homage (nod/wink) to OHMSS' ski chase where the bloke chasing Bond falls into the snow spreader. Classic scene.

I'm with Dan 'Blue Eyes' Dykes I find it hard to believe they've got it right. If they did, MGM/Eon would be threatening them with legal action!

However, what we've seen so far in the press (and other tidbits I've gathered off-line) seem to point to us (Blue Eyes and myself) being disappointed as far as Miranda living to Die Another Day. Furthermore, the article on Miranda Frost at www.mi6.co.uk is fraught with spoilers that hint at her ultimate alignment.....
I personally think she will bite it in the sword-fight with Jinx (alas). But, hey, you never know....

Graves gets sucked out plane.
Jinx survives and never seen again.
Zao -Ambigous death I like it !
Moon lives to DAD.

I used to think that Bond would kill Frost (before that I thought Graves would), until I read an article about Bond trying to regain control of the Antanov while Frost and Jinx duke it out in the back. If Jinx doesn't kill her, perhaps Bond regains control of the aircraft, and races back to the cabin in time to prevent Miranda from killing Jinx. By killing her....
We'll see soon, I suppose....

Jinx: Bond wolf-whistles, triggering her exploding bikini. For once the 2- piece swimsuit lives up to its explosive name.
Frost: Frozen in liquid nitrogen after saying: "I am invincible"
Graves: Gets shot by a pulse-triggered dart and asked: "heartbroken, mr graves?"
Zao: gets submerged in boiling water and is unable to hold on due to his stiff plastic gloves he was wearing.
Moon: gets tied to the mast of a ship after tossing a few bottles at Bond
Madonna - falls on her rapier during a fencing lesson - Bond says "I think she got the point"
