As far as I can remember, the cuts were...
*Many shots of the bathroom fighting.
*Dryden's family photo.
*Bond killing Mollaka (he just shoots the gasoline canister)
*M saying "these bastards want your head..."
*The kids running Solange and her horse.
*The dialogue between Bond and Solange about married women.
*Many shots of the torture scene.
*Le Chiffre's dead body falling.
*Bond and Vesper making love in hospital.
*Some shots of the Venitian building fight.
*Gettler's death (Bond punches him and he appears dead, no nailgun shot in his eye)
*Vesper kissing James' hand and commiting suicide (Bond dives for her and he founds her unconcious)
*"The b.... is dead"
*YKMN over the end credits (the end credits move aster to fit with the JB Theme)

Latin American Bond fans surely know that Cinecanal (www.cinecanal.com) is transmitting Casino Royale this month. The film was with no cuts in the other airings, but today at 3.45 PM, Casino Royale was with lots of cuts, making its running time of exactly two hours.

Saw the beginning on its debut date and the bathroom fight was uncut. In fact, it was the international version. You may have watched the daytime "all audiences" cut.
My reason for seeing the film on cinecanal was comparing the "formatted for tv version" and the widescreen dvd side-by-side. CR is the first Bond movie ever to be shot on super 35 and I wanted to check whether it had been opened for tv as most S35 films are. Curiously enough, only the wider selected shots had been opened while most of the film was panned and scanned.
