The Daniel Craig e-book offered on this site has been STOLEN from A POST I MADE on CommanderBond.net back in 2006!
This workout has been copied and pasted word for word from my post in 2006 on CBn:

Whoever created this e-book plagiarized it from me. It was written by me and posted to answer a specific question on this board before Casino Royale even came out.
You can see the context here: http://debrief.comma...p...tness&st=30
He claims the source is Daniel Craig's personal trainer -- this is a lie. In fact, months after I wrote my article, it turns out Craig was heavy on weights, which are nowhere in my stolen workout. To quote Daniel Craig:

My apologies for posting this on here Binyamin, I had no idea that you we're the real author of this. I just searched for "Daniel Craig workout program" on google and it was one of the first things that came up.
No apology necessary, Agent Ostlund. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, actually.
I don't mind people using it, I wrote it for CBn in the first place. I do mind my work being stolen without any credit given.
As for copyright, any work is copyrighted the moment it's originally published. The problem is legal action would be necessary to get anywhere, and I doubt that site is worth anything. Wonder if they'll do the right thing and at least give me credit.
Oh well. I suppose it's actually a compliment that they imply I'm Daniel Craig's personal trainer!

I'll actually also be getting back onto my own program starting Monday, Jan. 7th. I'd like to see how everybody does with results -- I'll let you guys know how it goes for me also.

It was EXTREAMLY painful. I went to the Doc's office..and they gave me about 5 or 6 shots in my thumb to numb it, once it was completely numb the doctor bent the nail back to it's original position. He said that a new one will grow under it in due time...
How the hell did that happen?

I was in P.E class...and we we're playing hockey...a kid tried to hit the puck but missed and clobbered my thumb instead.
Ouch!

Well, you wouldn't believe what happened when my dad got hit with a puck once.

He used to play hockey at his high school. One game, some fellow hit a mighty slapshot that sent the puck screaming toward my old man; it got him on the chin, and he was dazed a little bit, so it took a while before he realized that one of his teeth had been knocked out.
Needless to say, when my grandmother saw this, she ran out onto the ice and started screaming for everyone to find the tooth; when they did, my dad went to the dentist and had the tooth reattached by means of two wires anchoring it to the surrounding teeth.
It got a huge rim of black around it (it was dead, all right), but my old man kept it in his mouth until just over a year ago; talk about longevity.

What an interesting story. I had a tooth accident once..I was in the school hallway and I was running (I do not recall why) but I tripped and fell flat on my face..and my two front teeth went completely through my lip. That was pretty painful.
Yowza; you must be a bad-luck-magnet or something...

I never started last Monday since the weather throughout the week would've hindered the running part of the workout.

Handstands
But one thing I found that added the most mass in the least amount of time, which was two weeks, was doing handstands. They improve every part of your upper body: shoulders, triceps, biceps and a little bit of traps. The whole exercise takes about 5 minutes not including rest times. What you want you want to do is:
Step 1
Get onto your hands and kness.
Step 2
Start moving all your weight onto your hands and place your knees on the back of your elbows.
Step 3
Try to life yourself up with your arms. Whilst bringing your knees over your head.
-If you fail to hold yourself up, you WILL fall down, try to land on your upper back muscle beside your shoulder blade and not your neck or shoulder joint because you will dislocate your shoulder if you land wrong-
*Handstands should be attempted everyday. Wear track pants and a t-shirt
Now I admit you will need a good level of fitness to even attempt this. SO I've made a guideline to know when you're ready:
Be able to do 7 pull-ups
Be able to do 7 chin-ups
Be able to do at least 30 push-ups
Know how to avoid injury
You WILL not get the handstand on the first try, I've yet to actually complete a full handstand and I've been at them for about 3 weeks. But you will learn to lift your bodyweight up with your shoulders and triceps.
I'm telling you, this could possibly be the greatest workout I've ever had for the upper body. My shoulders have gotten so much bigger, and my triceps are getting bigger too, FAST!
Body weight exercises /w extra weight
Another thing I've found to add great amounts of mass fast was doing all my body weight exercises with 20 extra lbs. It is very hard and very tiring. But it's fun once you start getting stronger.
I recommend you use a weighted vest. But if your broke and or don't want to spend the money, use a small backpack with dumbells. This backpack should be tight on your back and not hanging down at your

In Conclusion
This whole workout takes about half an hour. The great thing about the handstand is that you get the most bang for your buck. Though it is risky, I've almost hurt myself on several occasions, but that's because I'm young and stupid.
Always, diet is a big part. Stay away from sugar. Drink enough water to keep yourself hydrated. When your dehydrated, you can't do anything, and your going to have a terrible time working out. Eat healthy foods and avoid fast foods blah blah.
Just keep at the exercises and you'll have the srtongest body you've had in the your entire life.
***If you don't feel you are safe enough to attempt a handstand. Then by akll means don't, it's risky and can lead to life threatening injuries if not preformed properly.***

I found this site that has an exercise program that claims that it will get you in shape like Daniel Craig. I think I'm actually going to try this one, it doesn't require any fancy workout equipment. If I do try it, I'm probably going to start at the 1st of next year. Perhaps someone else here on the CBn fourms would like to do the program as well, and after a month we could see if it actually works.
here is the site: Daniel Craig workout
Oh it'll work my friend. One just needs to be determined enough to see it through. It requires a lot of discipline and dedication. It's funny you posted this info though. Funny because I'm going through a training session very similar to the one described in your post. I'm sure I am not going to build up as good as Daniel but I'm focusing on stamina and endurance. An hour a day of that and you'll feel great!
