Dear Lord, Danny DeVito just got Nancy Sinatra's name wrong...

...and they're using Maurice Binder's Dr. No credits?! :D

Binder must be rolling in his grave... :P

meh. I've seen better... the bit with the rope was cool tho.

This show needs class... someone like Shirley Bassey should've been on the show.

I'm just waiting for John Williams and then I'm tuning out..

don't know... a performance (conducting) of something... I love his music, and really, he's one of the few that actually belongs on a show like this... so I'm looking forward to seeing what he'll be doing

They just had Elton John perform "Can You Feel The Love Tonight?" from The Lion Kimg; it was one of my favorite movies as a kid, so it was nice watching a professional performing one of his usual songs. :D

Fergie, however; dear God... :P

Was anyone else hoping he would perform Hedwig's Theme? :D

I was glad, however, to see his evident joy in being there. :P

I didn't think of Hedwigs's theme actually. That would have been a good inclusion...

I loved the little inclusion of the Pink Panther Theme (one of my fav films and themes) I was surprised that they didn't include a bit of Indiana Jones in there..

It's a shame they'll never do a show like this for actual films SCORES... it would be nice to bring more attention to it to the public eye. Unfortunately you can't really have any big "Stars" involved, so it won't happen :D

Thanks for the full version, deth. In the part where she is singing, "what does it matter to ya," she sounds an awful lot like Axle Rose. :D

Not only does she murder the song she seems to murder B.J. Arnau's version of it. :D

Did anyone manage to catch Danny DeVito's introduction of the song? Not only did he seem a bit awkward while saying his lines, but he also mixed up Nancy Sinatra and Tina Turner, calling her "Tina Sinatra"... :D

Gosh, it was a real [censored]ed-up event. :D

Perhaps Danny had a little too much booze in him again... oy...

...I seemed like all the presenters were really stilted.. They were clearly reading lines of course, but still. What a shoddy event, a shame, like I mentioned earlier... so little about film music is in the mainstream, and when there is, this is what they do :D

Well, did you catch Tony Bennett? He sang "White Christmas" and he did it sort of stilted, but he looked like he was having a ball. When he was done, everyone stood up and applauded.

What a legend. :D
