I agree. I don't want anyone to spoil the whole entire CR movie for me!Perhaps this should be moved to the Bond 22 spoiler forum? I have a few ideas of what I think should, could happend, but I don't want to spoil CR for anyone.

After the credit seqeunce, it's a few weeks later and Bond is in the shooting gallery at MI6, bemoaning Major Boothroyd (a female, to distance us as much as possible from the Llewellyn/Cleese versions, potentially played by Anna Chancellor) when he's called to see M by Villiers, who says they recieved a package from the Treasury today and he thinks Bond will want to see it (this leads into the Vesper video, revealing to MI6 her motivations and her trump card, the ID of an assasin of the organisation, so we basically use the novel of TMWTGG as the main plot, mix in some of the novel of TSWLM and the end of the YOLT novel and we get a movie entitled Risico).

I see where you're coming from but the significance of the black and white in CASINO ROYALE is simply to illustrate Bond before his 00-status. The moment he gets that is when the colour cuts in to show his new found freedom with his licence to kill. At least that's how I see it - a bit arty, but a nice gimmick I think.I think it'd be cool if they do the whole PTS in black and white like in CR. They could make it like a new tradition thing... similar to the naked ladies that used to be in the title song back in the old franchise.
Love your ideas Terminus - that would be very nice indeed to see. I particularly like how you've linked everything together. No complaints from me if that was the BOND 22 pre titles.

"In the last James Bond movie..."Given Barbara Broccoli's recent comments that Bond #22 would pick up "unfinished business" left behind from Casino Royale, a get the idea that a montage / recap of the events of Casino Royale will feature somewhere in the PTS. as for anything else, personally I think any concepts we could throw in would be very imaginative, but most likely end up miles off the mark!
That would be great! A montage of quick clips summarizing Casino Royale in a matter of a minute with accompanying narration done by the voice of that anonymous movie trailer guy!

or a flashback
I agree. Flashbacks seem more apporate for the franchise at this new time and place we are in. A flashback showing the last moments of Vesper, :`(
then Craig narrating on what Vesper turned out to be,(end flashback) thrn showing at a torture with Mr. White. Halfway through the scene, an alarm sounds, a firefight erupts and Mr. White is killed in the process. The rest of the movie deals with Bond finding out about SPECTRE.

After the gun barrel opening, Bond 22 will feature a very short eye-popping action sequence with a real outrageous incredible stunt. Then the film is going to take the same route of Casino Royale: a real classy adult thriller with an exciting plot deploying a brand new terrorist organization led by the enigmatic Mr. White. There

I like your idea Gobi. I wonder if they've already filmed the rest of that scene so it would match up with Casino Royale when Bond 22 is filmed in two year's time. Craig will probably have slightly longer hair in Bond 22 so the need to have already filmed the scene makes sense. Besides, then the crew wouldn't have to go back to Italy to film in the same location twice.Personally I think the pre-credits for Bond 22 should open with the traditional gunbarrel.
Spoiler
Anyway, as for my suggestion for Bond 22's PTS, I say they follow Gobi's idea of starting with Bond's confrontation with Mr. White. Bond tries to extract information about White's employers but White hangs tough even making mention of Vesper's betrayal and subsequent death and Bond's failure to save her. This enrages Bond who either applies pressure to White's wound or shoots him in the other leg. At this point White gives in from the pain and tells Bond the name of the organization and where to find the next link in the terrorist pipeline. When he is satisfied that he has all the answers that he will get from White, Bond asks him if he has any last words. White nods and says, "I should have killed you with Le Chiffre on the boat when I had the chance." To which Bond replies, "Yes, you should have." And then he blows White away. The camera then cuts to Bond who has an emotionless, hard-edged look about him.
From that point, depending on the PTS length, EON could then cut to the main titles or cut to Bond tracking down White's lead in a similar fashion to Diamonds Are Forever for a quick, entertaining scuffle where he either learns the identity of the next ranking terrorist bigshot or gets an inkling into the terrorist organization's next big plot. Personally, I prefer the latter scenario because despite the Craig films' new hard-edged grittiness, a PTS comprised solely of Bond semi-torturing a bad guy might not go over too well with audiences.
Regardless, whichever way EON goes should be exciting.

Kinda like CR, we open with the PTS splitting between two locales, Bond being briefed by M and a convoy taking Mr White to a secure detention facility. M pretty much describes the convoy and explains that White was fearful about giving information out - and never spilled, thus they then sent him to the SDF but the convoy was attacked en-route by a sniper who took out the escorts, the guards in the truck and then let Mr White out, only to shoot him in the head (we, of course see this). The good thing to come out of this is, however, that they have a new lead - (as the assasin unmasks himself to reveal a handsome Mediterranean-esque man) - Mr Sanguinetti.

The title sequence could take place inside the electronic componets of Vesper's cell phone and use imagery of wireless communication and the internet. Sort of an electronic trail for Bond to follow.
Perhaps the theme of Casino Royale's titles could carry on into Bond 22. With Bond chasing a video trail (literally) along the circuit board of Vesper's cell.

I would rather, if they did a flashback at all, they do it in the movie as it is relevant. If you want to show why Bond has such a great sense of loss make him pick up Vespers sea shell and see her smiling in his mind. PTS should be for action.or a flashback
I like that idea. We defiantly need to see a video from Vesper. After seeing the movie this weekend i am in love with Eva Green! It should start off with Vesper explaining her suicide and feelings for Bond in video form. Then we see James Bond at a graveyard sitting on a bench with a phone that has just played the video message. We then see the simple gravestone that reads Vesper Lynd RIP etc. We go back to Bond who is in deep thought staring at the gravestone. He then gets out and lights a cigarette. The cigarette relaxes him and eases him up and he takes notice of the wedding that is taking place at the church. Then a few seconds of looking at what could have been he notices a sniper in the church tower. The sniper shoots the bride dead. Bond gets up and starts to go after the sniper and to Bond's suprise so does the groom. Cue very exciting chase. Bond gets to the sniper first. Bond puts the gun to his head but the groom enters with a gun and Bond, seeing the gun, pushes the sniper into a clear shot for the groom and remarks 'With deepest sympathy'. The groom shoots the sniper dead with such precision that Bond starts to get an inkling he's seen this man before. The groom asks Bond if he could clear this up but with much more skill than he cleared up Le Chiffre. Bond smiles and say's 'So will that be Big Sam's debt paid off then Felix?'
That's what I think should happen.

I hope it picks up exactly where CR left off... and I mean EXACTLY.
Like right after he says "The name's Bond... James Bond".
