I thought they already had, but I never checked because I don't really care. I should go check 'em out when they come in, though--to see the covers et cetera.

I've heard they are going to publish the books in the U.S., but I'm not sure when. I did hear September, but they've yet to appear in Amazon. I'm keeping an eye on it.

I heard that Penguin will start putting them out toward the end of the year, and that they'll be releasing them four novels at a time. . .interesting since there are thirteen Fleming titles. I don't know exactly when they'll start--I did a search for Fleming today on the Penguin/Putnam site and came up with nothing.

Yes. They're on the way come September. They've already started to appear on Amazon, one at a time.

I did a little searching and I did find CASINO ROYALE and DR.NO on Amazon showing a Sept 2002 release date. No pic yet.

Impossible to find? Not quite. Forget about the local Borders or Amazon. You need to visit a used book store, a flea market, or peruse the online auction sites. Trust me, there are countless copies of Fleming's novels floating around this world of ours in various different editions. I must own at least two copies of each of Fleming's books in used paperback. Find a used book store and start the search. I'm sure you'll find plenty.
Although, it will be nice to be able to purchase them in brand new hardcovers this fall.
