I saw on the new trailer, that the train where Bond meets Vesper passes a train station called Chur Ost. Chur ist a City in Switzerland, Ost the German for East. Well, there is a station called Chur West, but I've never heard of the eastern one, this one simply doesn't exist.
Why did they use Ost? Are they really able to make a fault like this? You don't just change the orientation. Or maybe a missunderstanding, because they were not filming in Switzerland (or I've never noticed something).
And I've read somewhere that this should be a Cisalpino. But aren't they usually blue? And there's no route trough this swiss part.

And btw: What means MEFT on the head-rest behind Vesper?

It might be the same reason they used a non-existing casino; it's a movie :)
