Okay, here's my first attempt at making a little pretend Casino trailer starring Daniel Craig. It's not super-slick I'm afraid, but it's a bit of fun. Hope you enjoy.

It's about 5megs (so may not play immediately) and requires the DivX codec.

I thought it was pretty good. There are some cuts, like Craig driving the car, that work particularly well. Well done!

I loved that. Daniel Craig even just gained a few points in my book, awesome work.

Amazing how much we are slaves to marketing eh?

Hello! If it's refusing to play (that is if it's fully loaded) you'll probably need the DivX codec- you can get it on www.divx.com I believe. It's very small and pretty handy as many video files are starting to use it now. It's not a program as such but a bit of software which will allow your media player to decode the compression format I've used.

Well it's only 5mb, so give it five minutes to load or so. If there's no change I'm not really sure. Perhaps divx likes a restart?

:) I am speechless. I am without speech. That trailer was simply amazing, now I'm excited! I really can't wait to see Danny Boy in November. Great movie! :)

Very nice. It didn't work the first few times (Quicktime was trying to play it) even after downloading DivX - I had to end up playing it in Windows Media Player.

Mark, you are a genuis! Excuse me while I pick my jaw up from around my ankles!

*pop*

That's better.

Wow! I thought I'd like Craig before, but now..... That trailer sums exactly what I'd want to see from CR. Daniel Craig will be magnificent as James Bond, and everyone knows it....

Great trailer :)

Not that I needed any convincing about Craig as Bond, but this furthers my opinion that he will be great as Bond.

Absolutely excellent, Markt.

If anyone says there boycotting Bond because they don't like the actor, they should see a teaser like this. NOTHING beats Bond.

I don't normally like fan trailers, but this is great work, marktmurphy. The crosscutting between the gun and the roulette wheel spinning was very smooth. How's this for a negativity break! From what Craig movies did you use clips, besides Layer Cake? It sure was a fine selection.

I agree. I've never seen such a very well done trailer. Well done Mate. :)

Did I detect a little 'Randall & Hopkirk' in there, dear boy?. :)

Very nicely done, though the music could've been a little bit better...seemed jerky at times.

Still, amazing trailer...watched Tomb Raider this weekend and each time I see Daniel Craig, I now see Bond.

Well, the underwater bit's Connery and Basinger in NSNA? as is the view of Nassau from the air. Isn't that a shot of Laz from the rear entering the casino, too - or is it Connery again from NSNA?

All NSNA; that's right. It's not Basinger, but you're close enough.

There's a little bit of Ronin I think.

And I know that there's a scene from the Clive Owen Hire film "Ticker".

Yup, that's about all. I'll give you 5th Gear for free (it's a car review show from which I took the Aston shots), but you'll have to work out where the remaining Craig shots come from on your own.

EDIT: Ooh, a late entry from Lounge Lizard- spot on the money!

Thank God.

Craig looks especially Bond-like in those Archangel shots, more so than in Layer Cake I think.

Well, I see you've all done pretty well with the "guess the clip" game without help from my insider knowledge (cheers for the heads up, Mark!). I resisted the temptation to swoop in and claim the non-existent prize for myself. It could have been mine, I tell you, mine! Mwuhahaha, etc.....
