I understand he's trying to segue, but that may be the most bizarre reason I've ever heard for telling someone you love them. Cracks me up every time.

Bond in CR, when Vesper asks whether everyone has a tell, and he responds, "Everyone... Except for you. I wonder if that's why I love you."

Ehh, I don't find the romantic dialogue in CR unintentionally funny as others do. I think this makes sense for Bond as a reason to love Vesper because she's mysterious to him. He can't read her or categorize her in a glance, as he can (or thinks he can) with most people. He THINKS he has her down pat when he analyzes her on the train, but there's clearly something he's missed. Pity for him what he's missed is her love for the French-Algerian douchebag, which induces her to betray him in spite of herself.

LTK...
Felix's expression in the PTS when they're running out of the helicopter in slowmo. He looks like he's on the can ready to **** a brick.
The way Bond wakes up in Sanchez's home.
Bond escaping from M. Robert Brown should've just played a badguy or something. Bond escapes while they try to fire on him (?) and M says "don't there's too many people!" to his guards. Forget the fact he's trying to kill his subordinate but what people is he talking about, his guards?
Sanchez killing the the whizkid. The tanker explodes and they trade some awkward dialogue like "great one Franz 80 million gone" and Sanchez quips "guess we should cut overhead then" before machinegunning him (?), something out of Walker Texas Ranger on Conan.
Bond riding around in a golfcart.
TB...
Bond looks like he's getting anally raped on that stretcher.
The inept badguys. Right after Fiona dies they all look at each other like they're pissing in their pants and dissapear.
The whole finale, I was laughing throughout it. Ineptness again when the SEALs drop in and stop Largo's hamfisted men, Bond in his scuba jetpack looks like Aquaman riding around, the Disco Volante turns into a giant carousel. The funniest thing though was when they leave half of the ship to fight the US Navy and there are guys actually running around shouting orders while one tiny cannon is firing against many cruisers/destroyers.
One of those US Navy ships was HMS Rothesay (the one which says F107 on her side)

What always had me laughing more in the LTK PTS was the slo-mo in that scene combined with an epic fanfare. Clearly this is a BIG DEAL. Cut to . . . two scrawny no names who put their hands up. That may be the biggest epic failure in Bond history, and proof that John Glen was out of it when he was directing LTK.
And as for TB, couldn't agree more about the ridiculousness of those guys in the coccoon fighting on. Why are they bothering? Does SPECTRE give good death benefits to their families?

Probably one of the best finales to any Bond - minus the embarassing sped-up back projection in the Disco Volante fight, it's pretty much perfect.

They should have just cut the scrawny no-names out and cut from slow-mo to Bond getting his hat shot off; instant drama! What always had me laughing more in the LTK PTS was the slo-mo in that scene combined with an epic fanfare. Indeed, that would have been a vast improvement over what we have now.

Also, I've found that cutting the "What the hell are you doing?"/"Let's go fishing!" banter makes Bond's actions following such far more dramatic, instead of telegraphing it to the audience with a lame one-liner.Indeed, that would have been a vast improvement over what we have now. They should have just cut the scrawny no-names out and cut from slow-mo to Bond getting his hat shot off; instant drama! What always had me laughing more in the LTK PTS was the slo-mo in that scene combined with an epic fanfare. Also that great bit of tactical advice given:
"Fyah moar moar, ova THYA!"
Looks like SPECTRE's General Lee!
"I don't think that's going to make a difference chief."

I can't believe, for the first time ever, I burst out laughing at that scene because this post flashed in my head when I watched it, just now.

" 'Ey! No par-KING.'Ee-er! Oooh, par-DON Monsieur LarGO" Thunderball meets Allo Allo
I also like the way, in Octopussy, that the male hotel receptionist, clearly desperate to get his one and only line out, leaps in with "we've been expecting you" before Roger Moore has even finished speaking..
For Your Eyes Only. Cassandra Harris's clumsy "accidental" tripping over, before her "me nighties slippin'" line

A lot of Benicio del Toro's dialogue in LTK such as the honneymooooooonn line and "heh heh heh you're dead"
I'm also gonna have to add a moment from TWINE, when Bond touches the monitor as he's reviewing the footage of Elektra's kidnapping. I mean, seriously, what's the point of that? Either way, I find it funny.

Don't know that it's meant to be funny, but I get a kick out of Beckman and Markovitz[sp?] gleefully shaking hands and BOOM.
LMFAO. I'm more fond of their reactions in the elevator.

Yeah, good one. As if they'd feel safe in a Stromberg helicopter shortly after seeing what happened in Stromberg's elevator!

Anybody else get a chuckle out of the dumbfounded face that soldier makes in Octopussy when Bond shoots him in the forehead?
Is it similar to the look of the British soldier shot during the PTS of The Living Daylights, right at the beginning of a shot of the baddie stealing the van?

Which I suppose really should come as no surprise to me in light of Lois Chiles' performance up to that point.

Well, that's the genius of Ed Harris for you; it's a shame he doesn't post here more. After reading the Agony Booth review, I really, really laugh when Dr. Goodhead goes to turn on the light in her room and, out of the darkness, Bond grabs her arm. She takes the surprise remarkably well, neither shouting nor flinching nor blinking.
Which I suppose really should come as no surprise to me in light of Lois Chiles' performance up to that point.
Anyhow, I'd like to bring up the bit in From Russia with Love where Bond pushes the SPECTRE henchman out of the boat -- and he jumps out in fast-motion!

I'd have to say the most unintentional comedy moment is the film 'Die Another Day.'
Well, to be fair, some of the comedy was intentional.

- Bonds reactions during the car chase, so hilarious. I just love how he goes round the same corner 5 times, and turns the wheel, even though he still goes in a straight line.
- "Okay, Okay, I'll try and keep him here for a couple of hou-I'LL HAVE TO GO NOW!!!!!!!!!! I'LL TALK TO YOU LATER!!!" - Yeah, that's not suspicious at all.
- "I'M HUNGRAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! let's go out and eat?"
