This one is not supposed to be unintentional but, I will throw it anyway.
At LTK pre-titles, when Sharkey tells Della that Felix still has not arrived to the church and her father says "I told you this was a mistake" (or something like that).
I do not know about you, but I consider that part really funny for some reason.

The PTS of TSWLM where Moore is skiing, clearly against a background projection. I don't know why, for that scene they did not shoot the real thing, as in FYEO. Was it because RM was never at that location, only the stunt-team ?

Yep; only the second unit managed to shoot there. Was it because RM was never at that location, only the stunt-team ?

That's a real shame. I'm sure Rog would have loved a couple of days there , for just skiing down the alps for a couple of seconds of the film rather than that background projection.Yep; only the second unit managed to shoot there. Was it because RM was never at that location, only the stunt-team ?

I know I might get crucified for what I am about to say... but one line I thought was unintentionally funny was the "If all that was left of you was your smile, and your little finger..." For some reason that made me snicker the first time I saw the film. I think Eva Green delivered the line as well as anyone could have, I just think it was a bad line. Fortunately, it was followed up by an intentionally funny line by Craig, so it's forgivable.
Totally agree. It's a little OTT and clearly a set up for Bond's line. Could it be that P&W came up with that?

Agreed on the line not being all that great, but I disagree that it was an unintentionally funny moment. I thought that the strength of the film was that Eva Green and Daniel Craig took some truly awful lines, and made them sound pretty good and believable, which they both did in this particular scene. The acting in CASINO ROYALE was, to me, the highlight, and the writing, as evident by lines such as this and many other very weak pieces of dialogue, was one of the low points of the film.

The bantering scenes between them I think were well written, it's just when the romance turned serious that the writing hit some bumps in the road, but still, as you pointed out, the actors sold it.

1) The manic black dancer at Pussfeller's club.
2) The way Pussfeller falls into the boxes.
AVTAK - When the bearded fat guy seems to growl as he approaches Bond in the warehouse.

Bond: "Who's the head of Osata Chemicals?"
Tiger: "Mr. Osata." (!)
While you're at it Tiger tell him who heads Ford Motor Company, who's in charge of the Busch brewery and where the Florida Marlins play.

I also find the Egyptian dance scene in The Spy Who Loved Me very funny - who dances like that? The woman with manky teeth is funny in that as ell (the one tapping a tambourine).

Let's not forget "KEEL BOND! NOW!", shall we?This bit of dialogue from YOLT has always cracked me up:
Bond: "Who's the head of Osato Chemicals?"
Tiger: "Mr. Osato." (!)
While you're at it Tiger tell him who heads Ford Motor Company, who's in charge of the Busch brewery and where the Florida Marlins play.

AVTAK : Stacy Sutton saying "James" and then not noticing a huge blimp approaching her from behind
"Stacy get your head down" just adds to the hilarity.
DN : I have to agree with a previous poster also, the back project on the car chase in Dr. No also. With Connery turning hard on the steering wheel and gritting his teeth(Thats a screen behind you Sean)

Any stunt involving Roger Moore. Or for that matter, any stunt involving an old Bond (all Roger films, NSNA, DAD).
Rodge and Brozza running.
The video game sequence in NSNA.
Roger as Bond in FYEO, Octopussy and AVTAK. (he looks like Bond's father, damn it)
The invisible car and the CGI surfing in DAD.

Moonraker was the last one he appeared to 'realistically' be an agent, a lithe-appearance about him. For FYEO i agree that his aged persona began, and jokes about women too young for him.

Thunderball
At the end when they're fighting on the Carousel Volante, Connery makes this constipated face like "neeaauuugggh" when he turns his head toward the camera quickly.
Also before the ship explodes him and Domino are in the sea and dive underwater but not before getting some taint shots of their butts bobbing up in the air.
TWINE
I was laughing through the parahawk sequence when they explode in perfect order one after the other after a little bit of damage. And every time there was a cut-in of them wildly firing their guns in areas where Bond wasn't even present.

As Bond tries to infiltate Gonzales' villa, the armed guard is "conveniently" distracted by a girl in a sarong who lets him nibble her neck..I've often wondered if she is infact an MI6 agent deliberately distracting him and making him put his gun down to give Bond an opportunity..but probably not..
LTK
As Bond escapes from Krest's yacht and the bad guys give chase, Krest directs them by giving a really staged "pointing" pose. You can almost hear John Glen shouting "Ok...ROLLING... Action.... annndddd....POINT THAT FINGER!!"
YOLT
Its not really that funny actually, but have you noticed how Blofelds cat is tearing Donald Pleasence's arm to shreds as it tries to run away whilst the explosions go off and Bond says "impregnable"?

Or Connery's Japanese fisherman "disguise". Or Blofeld's "Goodbye! MISTER Bond!!"
Or most of YOLT, in fact.
Pierce's delivery of "The person who set me up then has set me up again! So I'm going AFTER HIM!!!" in DAD is awful, and makes me smile for the wrong reasons.
Also, whenever Connery opens his mouth in the From Russia With Love video game is both awesome and unintentionally hilarious at the same time. It's amazing they got him back to voice the character, but seeing a roughly 32 year old Sean with the voice 70+ year old Sean is quite amusing, and cringe-worthy in places (there are moments when you halfway think he's about to fall asleep).

I really hate that Blofeld line. It's funny and annoying at the same time.
Other funny moments....
when Bond goes to the isa office in FRWL and asks the guy at the desk if the time is correct and the way the guy snipes his, 'Always'! line just makes me chuckle.
Then when Bond asks again and the guy says, "Russian clocks are always...."BOOM!I'm almost reduced to tears from laugter and it doesn't help with the priceless look on Connery's face.
Another funny moment is when the train cunductor informs Bond that Karem Bay is dead and the facial expression Bond makes when the conductor tells Bond it'll be difficult to keep something like this quiet always gets a rise out of me as ond hands over some cash to keep his mouth shut.

Add to that the DAF satellite scenes also bring a chuckle. I think the Bonds that attempted to be the most state of the art for their day, look some of the most dated films now.

I LOVE that line of dialogue when the shuttle closes.Speaking of YOLT the kipnapping of spacecraft moment in YOLT bring an unintentional laugh for me, I am sure it was state of the art in 1967, but now it looks a bit like a tin can against green screen.

"OPEN CRATER!"
"Opening crater..."
"CLOSE CRATER!"
"Closing crater..."
I can imagine him going home to his wife... "What did you do today dear?" "Well first I opened the crater. Then I closed the crater. Then, I had to open the crater..."
Also later on when the guy screams, "Evacuate the control! Evacuate the control!" in the middle of the biggest explosion since Krakatao... no
And in Casino Royale, when Bond and the guy with the machete are fighting in the stairwell, Vesper bangs on the door in such a pathetic way, that makes me giggle.
