What's the background story and....

How the do Stromberg, Drax and all the mega villains pay for all that crap. How does he pay to run Atlantis, it's electric (or would he have electric? Might be a bit dangerous being plonked in the water? How does it work (electric) can it be safe in that situation? What if Karl was changing a plug and a big gush of water came in?) He must have electricity what runs his monitors?)

That's just one small thing. How do Drax etc pay all those guys who work for them? What else do they do. Did they rob loadsa banks and accumulate billions of dollars/pounds and are now living of the Interest?

If Drax can afford to buy the Effiel Tower, he can afford his workers wages. One thing I've always wondered is why they never objected when he left some of them on Earth in the temple as he went into space, did they not know they would be killed? (The one's he didn't take along)

I'm not denying that it's possible for a person to have/earn that amount of dough (or is it?) ("Sorry Ol' buddy, but 2 million is a h-ll of a chunk o' dough" ) I just want to know how did/do they get it?

Truly, they most likely really don't want fans to think of how everything led up to the villains current situation. But as being apart of these Bond forums, those types of questions are always asked!

You'd think any employer who provides your job description as "Expendable Henchperson", or hires people on fixed term contracts (ther term being "until you're blown up") is one to steer clear of.

What is the Drax Corpn's human resources department like?
Has Stromberg contracted out of SERPS?
Is there a race relations policy?
What's the holiday like?
Does Drax provide for overtime?

I always liked John Brosnan's take on SPECTRE in his book James Bond in the Cinema. After writing about yet another SPECTRE execution, he wrote something like "Who would want to work for SPECTRE anyway? One mistake and you are kicked with a poison shoe, blown up on the highway, thrown down a bobsled run or fed to pirahnas."

I guess if you're going to be evil then it must be better job security than home invasions or car jackings.

I'm trying to. I guess if you're homicidal and don't care one way or the other what happens to you or one of the legit guys who helps organize a heist you may be okay.

Knowing I would be working for this type of company and that somehow Bond is going to send everything up in flames kind of makes it less enticing.

What I don't understand about SPECTRE, is that the majority of their plans involved extorting the world out of millions of dollars...HOWEVER, most of their plans alone would have cost BILLIONS to pull off! So why were they so desperate for money? Unless it was to pay for the operation that they used to extort it in the first place!
