I think it's going to be a hit. It's funny, it's kinda sexy, Julianne Moore and PB have a great chemistry, and I like the story.

I definitely think this is a movie I'd enjoy taking a date to. I like what Pierce is doing in the trailer, seems like he will be entertaining. The trailer itself is nothing special, I think the movie will be better. I think there should be an oscar for "best trailer".

This really sounds like it could be a very good movie, I must say I'm going to check it out.

Good interview, Athena. :)

Never thought that it might be to my advantage that I won't be able to talk if I met him... :)

Love this interview! :)

Charming.

Q: If they changed it, you'd do more than one more?
Pierce: Oh, my contract is up. They can do it or not.

Surprised he could be so erudite, given that his mouth must be full of bits of the hand that fed him.

I dont go with that all.

IMO Pierce is just voicing the frustration of many Bond fans who believe that the producers should stop aiming the films
at the so called MTV audience, by having less explosions and spectacle, and more plot character delelopment.

If this is the disagreement that is causing the 'paralysis' then I am totally behind Brosnan in his comments.

Hey, Athena, aren't these remarks of Brosnan's a couple of weeks or so old? Or has he just said more or less exactly the same thing all over again (complete with another airing of the "miming-being-stabbed-in-the-back" party trick)? :)

I thought I sensed a lot of deja vu also. Then again, in reading a lot of interviews from when his various Bond films are out he tends to say the same things. It goes with the territory.

Either way, these comments tend to make me lean more towards Brosnan's side in this "paralysis". He really seems to want to take the films back to the source material, and I for one applaud the idea.

He certainly seems to be sticking to the script, doesn't he? The bit about "Are the talking to someone else?" is new. Wish the interviewer would have asked him about Madsen's comments.

Lot's of upcoming TV appearances. Wonder if he'll add anything more. He seems to have jettisoned "opaque" for "paralysis."

The interview was done back on March 22nd - that might be good to know incase that clears up any "wasn't this said before" and "why didn't he ask this" kind of questions. :)

That trailor looks awful.I believe Pierce and Halle will battle in 2004 for that coveted Razzie award. They both deserved it for DAD. :)

:) Tarl_Cabot!!! OUT OUT OUT, get OUT! Brosnan should NOT be compared to Berry!

:)

I think the trailer looks great, personally. And I'll be seeing the film... :)

My father showed me this advertisement for Laws of Attraction today. It was in the Sunday edition of The Plain Dealer, Northeast Ohio's largest newspaper. What do you all think? I think it's cool.

I wonder if that ad is from the movie and they just went and printed it in the papers as a movie ad... lol, could be.

This ad was in the Metro section instead of the Arts & Life section which deals with movies. It looks like a real ad until you look at the small print at the bottom.

Resident Evil 2 is running a similar campaign, using the Umbrella corporation. It's very cool.

In NYC in ran in the New York Times and the New York Daily News at about a 1/12 of a page for the former and a 1/3 of a page for the latter.

I almost missed it in the News because it ran in a spot where small ads would run. Once I saw it was Julianne Moore, then I knew. When I read the Times I didn't expect to see it there, but again, it was there, in a spot where you might see a legal ad. :)
