there have been so many that i wouldnt know where to start.
Thunderball, one of my absolute favorites, is riddled with them. yet i'd rather not focus on such minutae
why ruin the experience? afterall these movies were meant to be enjoyed a few times on the big screen, not watched endlessly on dvd to be criticized 138 ways-to-sunday...
o well:)

As covered in the "Inside The Living Daylights" DVD documentary this is impossible, cargo planes are unable to drop their cargo doors when they are taxiiing. To film this, the ramp that Kara drives up is actually the back door of a furniture truck.

Thunderball- Leiter's pants change to shorts from shot to shot when Bond is underwater looking at the plane.
You Only Live Twice- When Blofeld shoots Osato, the cat falls to the ground, in the next shot, it is gone.
Moonraker- You can see a wire holding Roger Moore, in one shot of the weightless scene.
When the guard throws a knife at Franco, the sliding knife holder is up, when the knife thrower is killed by Bond, it has somehow fallen back.
Octopussy- I started a thread about this a long time ago, when Magda says to Octopussy, "Back to India", her lips are saying something else.
A View To A Kill- You can see the wire pulling the car into the lake.
That's just a few....

in moonraker The female helicopter pilot is showing Bond the Drax empire from above. She is wearing a head-set. Next shot, her hair has been made up,and the head-set is gone.
in DAF When Bond is using Bert Saxby's voice while talking to Blofeld on the phone, Blofeld tells "Bert" to get rid of Willard Whyte. Since Bond is posing as Bert, Bert never got this order. So why does Bert show up at Willard Whyte's to kill him?

Not a mistake. The plane was obviously modified by the terrorists.

The Pre-Title sequence from GE. When Bond files off in the plane, There is no trace of the dam. Also, it must have snowed while Bond was in the Facility
Not a mistake. Bond obviously travelled a great distance within the facility. We don’t see this travel for the same reason we don’t see how Bond got to Cuba from Hong Kong in Die Another Day, it just doesn’t make exciting movie footage. Chalk that up to editting.

When the cargo plane is taxiing on the runway in TLD the cargo door is dropped down and Kara drives up the ramp.

Not a mistake. Another modified plane.

the imfamous car on two wheels sceen in DAF
Not a mistake. Anyone watching the film can clearly see that the car tips from one set of wheels to the other set while the camera is in close-up on Bond and Tiffany.

in FRWL When JB is driving the white flower truck and it is being bombed with grenades from the helicopter the truck gets smoke blackened, but when he arrives at the speedboat all the smoke has gone
Not a mistake. The force of the wind from driving obviously blew the smoke dust from the truck.

Not a mistake. Obviously another SPECTRE member told Bert that he had been ordered to kill Whyte.

Dr. No- The address of Miss Taro's house, changes from 239 Magenta Drive to 2317 drive (or something like that.)
Thunderball- The goggles on Bond change from black to red, after they have been pulled off by Largo.
You Only Live Twice- In the bath sequence, Tanaka says something to his girls in Japanese to order them to wash him, but his lips are not saying it. (Obviously an overdub.)
From Russia With Love- Martine Beswick's credit. (changed to Martin)
- And, of course the shower.
Thunderball- The wound changes from right to left leg on Connery.
Live And Let Die- '007' on that Tarot cards. (although more of an observation.)

In TB, during the Q scene, Q turns away and says "Now here's something we're particularly proud of..." or something to that effect. You can obvioulsy tell that it was edited in, as his lips don't move as he turns around. Or he was using that nifty-keen voice gizmo from DAF.
In TSWLM, when Bond is following Jaws through the pyramids at night, Bond waits behind a wall and Jaws passes him without noticing. If you look closely during the long shot, Bond doesn't move at all. If you look even closer, you'll notice it's just a matte painting of Bond put into the shot. Sneaky, that. It's actually mentioned in the DVD.

According to the novelization, that is actually a wire that was connected to the sword to signal when someone got a point
GE-when he shoots the motorcyclist that is chasing him on the plane, he is not wearing golves, but when he gets on the bike, he has black gloves on.
TND-after the stealth boat blows up, the chain holding Wai Lin under-water is still taunt
TWINE-During pre-titles, when Bond shoots the two torpedos from the Q-Boat, he first the top one first, then it cuts to a long shot, then he fires from the top one again, with the bottom one gone.

In DAD when JB takes the glasses from the Guy he's going to immitate and put's them onto his own face, he is not wearing them on the helicopter. This could of been a time lapse edit of course!.
James Bond in DAD is surfing in front of a Nintendo 64 Gameboy Green Screen.
