Why not introduce DAVID BOWIE to the world of James Bond with the PORTISHEAD Barryesque sound? It could stand as an amazing collaboration. Not only DAVID BOWIE as a great voice (very suitable to a Bond Theme Song), as PORTISHEAD also represent a great British Band, with a modern and more alternative sound (in the mood with the latest David Bowie works). What do you think about a melancholic dark love electro-ballad with a twisted James Bond sound and lots of strings and trombones?

But part of the magic of Portishead is Beth Gibbons' voice. I say one or the other, but not an amalgamation of the two.

i think you are right dunphboy, one or the other would be the better situation, to have them both would not be a good thing, just bowie would be bestOriginally posted by Dunphboy007
