Pierce Brosnan hosted Saturday Night Live a couple years ago. I saw it again on Comedy Central ther other day. During Brosnan's monologue, "Sean Connery" came out on stage. LOL! If you haven't seen this episode, you need to. Brosnan isn't very funny in the skits but that monologue is great. Have you seen this episode and if so what are your thoughts?

Yeah, I love that episode. Darrel Hammond's Sean Connery impression cracks me up everytime. And Pierce in the fake music video was hysterical, I was walking around for weeks saying "Silver polish!".

My personal favorite bit is one they cut from repeats where Pierce's character goes for interview, and the guy who interviews him goes postal and starts killing people, and when Pierce is not cracking up, the interviewer asks him sane questions and Pierce answers in the same manner, as if nothing happened.

And come on...who can forget the trip to Jeffrey's????

I've got to see that episode. My favorite skits are the Jeopardy ones. The Sean Connery character always cracks me up.

Alas Bond111, they didn't do the Jeopardy skit with this one. It would have breen great to see "Sean Connnery" and have Pierce play one of the other Bonds.

I also wish John Cleese had made a cameo in that episode, as he sometimes will do.

I haven't seen the SNL with Pierce Brosnan, but I did see him when he was on The Muppets Tonight!, I think.

Picture if you will: Pierce Brosnan, grinning like a loon, dressed in a lobster costume, beating up puppets, while a spoof of Shirley Bassey's "Goldfinger" is playing (and the song went something like this: Pierce Brosnan!/He's the man, the man with the clocks that fly.../He just clocked that guy...)
