He's got the looks, the height, the facial structure, if he dyed his hair he'd look great. Definitely a serious contender for the role.

I think Damian Lewis is an amazing actor. He's one of my favorite up-and-coming actors. But, I don't think (even with his hair dyed) that he's the Bond type. He does have the right origin, height and build, but I don't think people would believe him as someone who is irresistable to woman. He's not good-looking enough and lacks sex appeal. But to be honest, I think Lewis is perhaps too talented to star in a Bond film. This kid has got a bright future ahead of him.

Gee, why not just get David Schwimmer...he wouldn't have to dye his hair...and people have heard of him, at least.
