As a long time Bond fan, since 1983, when I was 5th grade. I'm just wondering isn't Felix Leiter a Texian that kind of looks like Frank Sinatra. Isn't that how Leiter was described in the novels. Last of all didn't it say somewhere that Rik Van Nutter was the best Felix Leiter, the closet to the novel. I either read it here on Commanderbond.net or somewhere on the web.

The upcoming Felix Leiter comic book, he sure don't look like it. Even a modern version of the description.

Well, he has the mop of straw-coloured hair and the artificial right hand...

"He was tall with a thin bony frame and his lightweight, tan-coloured suit hung loosely from his shoulders like the clothes of Frank Sinatra." (CR p 63)

The comics haven't put a foot wrong so far, so I'll be buying the Felix individual issues as well.

As will I, the core series with Warren Elis 2 stories and Diggle's new one, Hammerhead, have been really good so far.
