Does this count as a spin-off?

I've stumbled upon it a couple of times on youtube, thinking it was a fan montage. But when I saw that the scenes were too well connected for a montage I checked on IMDB and caught it on Bernard Lee's filmography. 

Daniela Bianchi's in it, Lois Maxwell, Adolfo Celi (Emilio Largo)...and THE BROTHER OF SEAN!!!! 

 

And the poster for the movie...well...what to say?

I've seen this on Mystery Science Theater, which is really the only tolerable way to watch it. It's quite... odd.
