At the end of SPECTRE, an injured Blofeld crawls out of his crashed helicopter before stopping at Bond's feet. What wasn't clear to me was whether or not Blofeld could still physically walk or if he was just shaken from the crash.

Do you think we'll see a wheelchair-bound Blofeld in BOND 25? Would it be considered too campy? Will they go the FYEO route or will he be back on his feet, ready to fight Bond to the death a la Fleming's YOLT?

He'll be back on his feet, I believe. He's already got the scar and damaged eye. Don't have to go overboard.

Pretty bad gash on his leg, might have been bone exposed in the brief glimpse given the audience.  It is not just that he is rattled.  He is seriously injured on his leg.

Blofeld won't be in a wheelchair (too X-men). But Hinx may have a 2 foot long neck.

Would be interesting to see if they went down the 'classic' route here or not. Personally, I'm hoping they just stick with the damaged eye and scarred face for now!

Probably also a limp....like a pirate. Maybe even a cane he can use to whack people with.

I'm not sure whether Blofeld will be in a wheelchair, walking about, with a scarred face or without one.

But I'll tell you what that end scene reminded me of a bit - the final scene of CR with Mr White dragging himself across the gravel and Bond standing over him, weapon in hand. Of course, th similarities end there.

I mentioned this in another thread, having rewatched CR recently.  Definitely cycles back to that, showing how Bond has changed.
