I'm at a point where I just NEED to see the film.
Hype is getting very real now with the release date so close. Every time I see a new Bond movie, especially during the pre-titles sequence, my mind is racing in the disbelief the moment has finally arrived.
Best feeling ever ! Its like a dream sitting in the cinema watching a new bond movie .. I hope I will live longer to watch more bond movies ..
I understand how you feel. I am in my 60's and fortunate enough to have seen all 23 previous Bond's in the theater. And I have seen all them on opening night since Thunderball. At this stage in my life I am starting to wonder, will this be my last one?
You've likely got not just more movies, but possibly a couple new Bond's to get through...
Indeed - I've worked out that at three year intervals if I live to the same age as my dear old mum did I'll be around for the next nine, and if I'm around for as long as my aunt - and she's still with us! - another three after that! (And if I reach 102 years - the age my great aunt was when she passed away, I reckon I'll have seen, or at least been around for the next sixteen Bond films after SPECTRE)
Which means I'm good for another two or three actors in the role after Craig.
Crickey, what a morbid thing I've just been typing about first thing on a Sunday morning! That said we all of us here should, I hope, have a life expectancy a lot longer than a typical Double O agent - unless his name is "Bond.......James Bond"
On the subject of the Ross show last night, I liked Christoph Waltz's reaction about the DB10 - the update of the car he - as did a lot of us - played with as a toy car, flicked the ejector seat button and lost the little man in the blue suit somewhere in the living room (blue man in my case usually found under a chair or the back of the settee!)
