From Event Magazine: http://www.dailymail...-alter-ego.html

"It’s getting harder. But such is life. I’ll keep going as long as I’m physically able. I’m contracted for one more – but I’m not going to make predictions."

"These movies don’t get made very often. It’s just the fourth time for me, a spit in the ocean. If you don’t get excited about making a movie of this size with this cast, with Sam Mendes… then go home."

Is that a limitation or an extension? In other words, is he saying "but I may not do that final one" OR "but I may stay on even past that"?

It says somewhere else in there that Craig signed a £31 Million deal for SPECTRE and 'another one'.

I know. But my question is that when Craig mentions the "other one" with a "but I'm not going to make any predictions," is he saying he may not fulfill that contract, or that he may end up doing even more than that one?

Both I would say. Show business is very much a flowing thing, everything can happen - and frequently does. You ride the train as far as it goes and when it's over you jump off and say 'thanks a lot!'

£31m for two movies, no?

Brosnan got $ 16.5 million for DAD and reportedly asked for "north of $20 million and a bonus" for a possible 5th movie (IIRC).

If those historic currency and inflation adjustment calculators on the interweb are any good, those $20 million would be about $26.5 million now – roughly £17.5 million for one film. Shows that Craig's salary isn't that much out of proportion. Brosnan's $16.5 million would be $21,85 today, or £14,4 million – Craig is the most expensive Bond indeed. But if put in relation to production costs – DAD's were reportedly $142 million, and I'm calculating those two Craig movies around $300 million each – Brosnan's share is above 11percent, whereas Craig's is 7.5 and 8 percent.

In brief: nothing to see here  :P

You've shot your numbers, Stromberg. Now it's my turn.

I want £31m!

Both I reckon. He doesn't want to be tied down.

Hard as the filming must be, I think Craig's real peeve is all the publicity in the month or two leading up to each premiere. So this is probably the worst time to ask him about doing more.

Reassuring. We're going to get at least one more from Craig.

Good interview, although nothing controversial or earth-shattering was revealed here. Good to hear we get one more out of Dan.

Excellent news indeed!! Now lets just hope that EON can get the distribution issue settled with whatever studio will be picking them up ASAP and that they can get cracking on a script for Bond 25...*fingers crossed*
