I didn't want to keep talking about other locations in the Italy thread for Bond 24 and clog it up, so after lurking around I couldn't see a thread like this.

Anyways, in this thread, feel free to post locations you'd love to see in a future Bond film.

Good idea, Ace. I'll start by restating my choices from the previous thread: Hawaii, New Zealand and Rocky Mountains.

For me: Dubai, Australia, South Africa, Spain, Monaco, and Brazil.

EON previously scouted South Africa during the early stages for Skyfall, but I guess they opted not to use the locale after all.

One of the aspects of Carte Blanche I enjoyed was the South African setting. Seeing a Bond film take place there would be enjoyable.

Once again, Australia would be my first choice. Canada, maybe and/or one of Scandinavian states (somewhere north of Arctic Circle perhaps?). It's been a while since Bond's last mission to Russia (I know it won't happen, but given the current political situation..). Iberian Peninsula. Last but not least, Poland. One more thing. I know that Daniel Craig's Bond has visited Italy on multiple occasions, but ever since I read Charlie Higson's "Blood Fever" can't stop thinking about Sardinia..

The last mission Bond had in Russia was in Goldeneye, but he was in Russia at the very end of Quantum of Solace.

True. I meant that it's been a while since Bond's last mission against Russia (more precisely: against Russian intelligence services). I know that times have changed, but let's face it: western intelligence agencies may cooperate with SVR or FSO in certain areas, but they still compete in others. I'd love to see some old-fashioned spying plot in one of future films. But that's me.

I'd say that it was about time that Craig put his skis on, so I would go for Switzerland.

I'd also go for South Africa

It's about time 007 did New York proper. All we got was the short snippet in Live and Let Die, although they did show an interesting side of New York. I'd be welcome to a return to Japan as well. I would love to see Hokkaido featured.

My choices
Cabourg in France

Deal, England

Saratoga, New York State

Ramsgate/Sandwich, England

Vermont

Bermuda

Seychelles

Vladivostok
Zürich , Marseilles, & Strasbourg.
All featured in Flemings novels but not on film
(Before you ask, Cabourg is my guess for the actual Royale-Les-Eaux)

But more importantly NEW ZEALAND, AUSTRALIA,& CANADA
The Banff Springs Hotel in Alberta is just begging to be in a Bond film.
The Crown Casino in Melbourne  and the view from Wellington Bay in NZ deserves to be up on the big screen

Georgia sounds great. As does United Arab Emirates.

Always, and still do, want to see Dubai featured in a Bond film. It was in Ghost Protocol and now Furious 7. It would be perfect for Bond, before it becomes a stale location.

Dubai featured as a Bond locale in both Carte Blanche and Goldeneye Reloaded, though both were very underwhelming. Though if done properly, it would be a great Bond destination. Georgia would be better I think. A few years back, I wrote a script treatment for one of my creative writing classes in college that was Bond-like. The finale featured in the Caucasus Mountains on the border of Georgia/Russia. I think it would be both a prime and very unique location to use.

Japan definitely.

B25 could be a filmed version of the book YOLT. Call it Garden Of Death.

Or satisfy all the fanboys and girls and call it Shatterhand.  That way Mendes could have his trilogy of one word titles starting with "S".

BTW, yes I do suffer from OCD.

It's possible we'll be getting one in SPECTRE as the last time Mexico was used as a filming location it doubled for Isthmus City.

Oh, I hope not. I have an irrational dislike of fictional locations.

I'd nerd out if they used Val Verde for a Bond film!

And after that, the climax of Bond 25 could be set in Anytown, USA. Haha
