I'd prefer the non-American actresses in the 007 franchise, generally the American lasses seem to not work so well.

My favorite Bond girl (Barbara Bach) is American (born and raised in New York) so I'm in two minds about the whole question about American Bond girls.

 

I'm not sold on Morris as a Bond girl though, she doesn't seem to be Bond material.

There's no reason that there shouldn't be any American Bond girls moving forward.  True, they haven't had a great track record thus far, but just ruling out the idea of an American in the lead actress role of a Bond film just unnecessarily limits the casting net and creativity of the filmmakers when it comes time to put these films together.

She's attractive but i don't really see her glamorous enough for a Bond film.

I say Laura Haddock who plays Lucrezia Donati in "Da Vinci's Demons" should be a Bond girl.

She played a Russian though ..... I do agree though that American actress haven't been great since her. Well one in particular (Denise Richards)
