So are there already definitive releases out there for any of the films? Why start with TMWTGG?
Expanded releases of remaining Bond scores a possibility?

What do you mean?
You know ofcourse there are official complete scores of DAF, LaLD, Twice and at least expanded scores of OHMSS and Thunderball since 2003?
Complete scores of Golden Gun, Spy.. and GoldenEye are available, but never released, so that's why they could start with these scores immediatly.

No, I didn't know that. That's why I was asking! Thanks for the info.

Any further news? It's been quiet on this front and I haven't seen any follow up in regards to La La Land Records.
Thanks!

Yep, sadly the well of news has dried up again. But maybe the second half of 2014 (or 2015, timed with the release of BOND 24) will change that. La-La-Land often announces big releases during the summer Comic-Con.

I hope so too!

I've been listening to A View To A Kill the past few days. Fantastic John Barry 007 score. I would love to see it expanded!
Speaking of which there is a new petition for the release of all of the full scores. I hope that as many people as possible will sign and also commit to purchasing the soundtracks as they are released!

There's actualy not that much music from ATAK that's not on the record:
the gun barrel, M's office, The Paris Eiffel tower and butterfly-act music, Bond rescues Stacy out of the burning city hall and that's about it.
And some sorce music like the Japanese "pling-plong" music and Tsjaikovski, both used at the whirlpool scene between Bond and Ivanova.

I'd love to have it. I'm sure there are alternate takes in the archives for many of the films as well.
Hopefully La La Land or Intrada get their hands on TMWTGG - A View To A Kill scores. License to Kill as well.
It needs to happen.
Please sign the petition that I posted. Thanks!
