Hope to go up again, I was there for the Casino Royale Premiere - by the red carpet, not at an actual screening unfortunately.

Hope to have a repeat of this :D

Currently watching the "Preimere Bond: Opening Nights" documentary on the UE Dr. No dvd...It's great that the after hosting the Die Another Day premiere, the Royal Albert Hall will once again get to have grand premiere of a Bond..this time, I feel that the quality of Skyfall will match the quality of the premiere party for Bond's anniversary! LOL

Is anyone on here planning on going to the premiere? I've attended lots of them in Leicester Square and it can be great fun, although to be in with a chance of meeting the stars you'll have to get there very early and be wiling to endure whatever weather comes (the day of the QoS premiere was dry but VERY cold!!). Myself and 2 friends are flying in for it; it'd be nice to have a CB.N cheerleading section!!

SKYFALL producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli have announced that His Royal Highness Prince Charles and The Duchess of Cornwall have graciously agreed to attend the World Premiere of the twenty third 007 adventure on Tuesday 23rd October at The Royal Albert Hall. Fittingly and at the request of His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales the premiere will benefit the charities that support former and serving members of the three intelligence agencies (the Secret Intelligence Service, the Security Service and GCHQ). His Royal Highness is Royal Patron of the Intelligence Services. The premiere will be attended by the film’s leading actors Daniel Craig, Judi Dench, Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Bérénice Marlohe, Albert Finney and Ben Whishaw, and the director Sam Mendes. The movie will be released in the UK and internationally from 26th October 2012 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios and Sony Pictures Releasing.

Wilson and Broccoli commented, “We are thrilled His Royal Highness Prince Charles and The Duchess of Cornwall have agreed to attend the World Premiere of our latest James Bond film, and are pleased this event will help raise funds to support The Prince’s chosen charities.”

So, any ideas on how to contact the charity?

That's a brilliant cause to support - very fitting with the film, obviously, but one that I reckon is very over-looked. I've neard heard about it and very pleased it will recieve support rahter than 'Help For Heroes', which I understand as a cause but feel other just as worthy charities sometimes are overlooked by this.

Pleasing news, and a wonderfully exciting news about the premiere!

Oh yes, in a world with famine and starvation my heart really does go out to the poor souls who work for (or have worked for) the Secret Intelligence Service.

Got to agree with Shrubs. An odd cause to support.

Very interesting choice of charity...

Sky News report on it here: http://news.sky.com/...efit-real-spies Nice to see them use one of the new stills rather than recycling an old image of Craig.

In a word, No.

Thing is, it is Charities, not Charity from the quote. Having just had a quick look around the net for any of the names of the charities for these organisations, all that comes up is CBn and 007.com!

Maybe another call to Eon... It is not obvious.

hello everyone,
i am from germany and would love to attend the skyfall premiere.
I have no experience in buying tickets for a premiere.
Do i have to donate money to one of the charities to have a chance to get a ticket or will it be possible to buy tickets ?
btw could ssafa (supports people and their families who serve in armed forces) be one of the charities ?

There are only two ways to secure tickets.

1. You have to bless the Holy Order of the Grand Llama every morning and hope for the best, or

2. Forward £400 to Simon, the writer of this post, and he will forthwith guarantee two tickets of your seating choice.

Well the SIS never had Live Aid, Band Aid or Live 8 so they need some support! ;)

I suppose charity is a tender subject, so I don't mean to offend anyone..just an opinon, but it's all good.

Curiously, I managed to buy a couple yesterday, albeit only at the £50 price where, I am told, I will be sitting next to God; not Craig you understand, but due to the altitude of the seats, the omnipotent divinty and holiness of God himself.

Unfortunately, only the £50 seats were released. But, further to this news, I will try to upgrade to the £75 seats where I may then not need breathing apparatus to survive the show.

Well, I'm torn now - do I try get a ticket on the same night I am going to 'An Evening With Sir Roger Moore'?

I am booked for 'Skyfall' a couple of days after so feel I shouldn't pass up the chance to be with Sir Roger, front row seats, for this evening.

Damn the premier being so expensive and on the Tuesday!

Must admit to missing the import of those dates - guess this answers the question of the attendance of all the Bonds to the premiere.

Just got 3 tickets, up in the gods, but appropriately enough in Q block!! I don't really care what sort of view I'll have (I'm seeing it on the IMAX screen on Friday 26th) - I'm going to the World Premiere. Sorry, I don't mean to be showing off, I'm just SO happy!!!

Well yeah, Roger Moore will be in Basingstoke that night at 7.45pm so he won't be attending...he better not cancel on that thought!

Well done sir.

I only just managed to get through to a recorded message and not an engaged tone - but just to say they've all sold out.

Gods, it is.

Nonetheless happy too.

Well, I just started calling the Albert Hall every day from end of last week but they were saying the tickets had not been released.

Monday they said that there were some for sale but that you had to give some code or other to do with a James Bond fan club. Which fan club, they didn't know - and nor do I.

Then yesterday, the lady didn't seem to request that code and just sold me a couple. I told a friend and she then bought four, with no fuss.

This morning I couldn't even get through - I did try before 9am but the recorded message then just said they weren't open.

I have an Albert Hall sales reference number, let's hope everything comes through...

It has been reported on Twitter that the world premiere tickets for SF at the Albert Hall went on sale at 9BST this morning but were sold out in seconds.

Having just got through to check on my tickets being correctly assigned, for some reason, the lady taking my and my friend's orders, must have thought we were calling due to being a part of some special promotion.

We very much weren't.

Somehow we were just wafted through.

Many people queued online and on the phone this morning with the Royal Albert Hall for ages before finding out all tickets had been sold. Now, back in 1995, members of the JBIFC were invited to a lunch at Planet Hollywood which was preceded by the Press screening of Goldeneye in a near deserted Odeon Leicester Square well before the Royal Premiere. An excellent day was had by all. Now if only something like that could be repeated this year, and so the REAL Bond fans could have a look-in rather than ticket touts who abuse the system.
