For organizational and efficiency purposes, instead of having a new topic for every Bond related product placement that is bound to emerge in the next few months, I thought maybe we can give the topic a general home.

Here's a few that I found today and also included the coke zero link thecasinoroyale posted yesterday.

It's for you 007: Sony Xpheria T is Bond's new phone

Q, meet T. The phones known as the Sony Xperia Hayabusa and Xperia Mint will be renamed as the Xperia TX and Xperia T when they go on sale -- and they're about to fall into the deadly hands of Britain's top secret agent in the latest James Bond film Skyfall.

[...]

It's the T that's reported to appear in Skyfall, the 23rd 007 film and the latest to star blond Bond Daniel Craig. Whether the Xperia T will be issued to Craig by new Q Ben Whishaw or wielded by another character is yet to be revealed: will Judi Dench check her M-mail? Will Ralph Fiennes play Angry Birds? Or will Javier Bardem use the Xperia T to call his hairstylist?

I highly doubt if Bond were to mix his drinks with any sort of fountain soda, it'd be Coke Zero: Bonding over Coke

The announcement continues Coca-Cola and James Bond’s successful partnership, which began in 2008 through the brand’s association with Quantum of Solace. This time the campaign will be asking fans to “Unlock the 007 In You.”

[...]

The association will see all Coke Zero products undergoing a special Bond themed makeover. The limited edition designs will feature across multiple pack formats, including cans, PET bottles and an aluminium bottle, all of which will showcase the famous Bond ‘gun barrel’ design.

Marketing Director for Coca-Cola Great Britain, Zoe Howorth, commented: “Skyfall is without a doubt one of this year’s most anticipated film releases, and we are very excited to be a part of it and to continue our relationship with the world’s favourite movie franchise. “James Bond is a global cultural icon who consistently takes action to create what’s possible, making this the perfect partnership for Coca-Cola Zero.”

Bond reaches for a Heine with Honda waiting in the rear: Heineken ad campaign starts at the end of September with Honda ads

The marketing drive begins next month (September 29) when the brewer debuts its Skyfall spot, the latest instalment in the brewer’s ‘Legends’ series.
It will feature Daniel Craig’s James Bond as Heineken’s ‘Man of the World’ character and marks the first time that the spy will appear in the brand’s advertising since it signed as a sponsor of the franchise in 1997.

The spot will be supported by Facebook and Google activity as well as an on-pack competition which fans can enter for a “1 in 007” chance to win Skyfall tickets. That effort will include Bond-theme promotional packaging on 12-, 18- and 24-packs of Heineken beer. The brewer will also roll out promotions in pubs and clubs over the next several weeks as part of the push.

Heineken is also planning to roll out further activity later this year as part of the franchise’s 50thyear anniversary celebrations.
The campaign will run alongside Bond-themed campaigns from fellow sponsors including Coca-Cola and Honda. The former is readying a marketing blitz including TV, PR and outdoor activity to mark its Coke Zero brand’s partnership with the movie after signing a new deal with the franchise’s owners EON productions.
