Yep, I'm sure this will be the trailer that I saw. It's different from the IMAX. Some of the same stuff, but some new stuff, like...All that is proven is that the BBFC has rated a new trailer and zencat himself has seen some footage the differs from the imax trailer and previous trailers. The rest is merely speculation.

Oh, sounds interesting! Thanks, can't wait!
Although...
Do you remember anything about the music? Oh, and, does that 18 second teaser play out in the trailer the exact same way? Or was that merely edited to tease?

Spoiler
It's taken from the novel "You Only Live Twice".
Nice to see some more Fleming reference in "Skyfall".

I imagine it will pan out like this... M finds Bond in her house, admonishes him for going AWOL, but as they discuss the situation, they both recognise that he could be more use if his enemies believe he is dead - another YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE reference - so she initially fails to disclose to many people that Bond is alive and well.Spoiler
Yep!Could Bond's fall from the bridge signal the end of the PTS and the start of the title sequence?

Yep!
Could Bond's fall from the bridge signal the end of the PTS and the start of the title sequence?
Yeah, it's all making sense now. Bond falls, some scenes where he's unconscious, then the titles. Brilliant!

"Skyfall" indeed!Yep!
Could Bond's fall from the bridge signal the end of the PTS and the start of the title sequence?
Presumably Bond's return from the dead will be a 'heaven-sent' opportunity for MI6.

I'm not someone who stays completely spoiler free, but it is annoying to have the mystery surrounding the film being chipped away at by thread titles that don't start with the word "spoiler."
IYWW, I came to this thread as it's the only one discussing the new trailer.

I don't think he says "Bond, James Bond" in the trailer. I don't remember it at least.
I only saw it once so I might not have everything exactly right. But we'll all know tomorrow.
Can someone explain why in a spoiler thread people are using spoiler tags...
Because the trailer isn't out yet. Some people might not want to know the new stuff until tomorrow. I'm just being extra careful and considerate.

I meant why are people doing that but at the same time featuring spoilers in thread titles. I thought this thread, being in the spoiler section, is about discussing "what we know" will be in the trailer, and, once it's released, extrapolating from it using spoilers.

Ah, the elusive scorpion! (For those who haven't been following too closely, there were whispers of a scorpion featuring in the movie a few months ago, but it wasn't known at what point in the plot.)
Yes, it's good to have that resolved.
I suppose the original coffee reference was wrongly translated and it should have been cafe. It's sort of a beach cafe Bond's seen at when he's lying low, isn't it.

DISCLAIMER 1: The above is not a complaint.
DISCLAIMER 2: I'm going to start overusing the word bloody in daily life. If the IMAX trailer is any indication, it's a trendy word that's coming back and deserves repeated use. Even in situations where it's unnecessary.
"Good bloody morning." Hmm, actually, that sounds like it could have been a Fleming chapter title. OK, maybe not a good Fleming chapter title. An unused TSWLM Fleming chapter title, let's say.

With this windfall of footage, I am afraid of having most the fun spoiled. Though this very well might be the last trailer we get, I can't help but feel I should almost stay away from it. We'll see how tomorrow goes.
I would imagine that this is the last we'll see if SKYFALL for a while. I think it was wise for them to take advantage of the coverage of the Olympics and THE DARK KNIGHT RISES and put on something of a media blitz during that time to get the footage out to the largest audience possible, but hopefully after the release of the trailer tomorrow they go back into the mode that they've been in since the start of filming, which is to keep everything as close to the vest as possible.
