I don't doubt Marketto's connections, but I have to seriously question the legitimacy of this call sheet. At first glance, it's fine, but upon closer examination, it's loaded with errors and inconsistencies. First of all, some of the descriptions of filming - for example. "Kincade helps M along" - are incredibly vague. Likewise, has an entire day dedicated to filming a scene (the shaving) that production would only get one take to get right. It lists both the 6th and 7th of February as a Monday, and incorrectly lists the shooting dates for the bridge scenes. These are all little things taken in isolation, but when I stack them up together, it seems like a heavily-flawed document, and I can't imagine that a production company like EON would make mistakes like that.

Call sheets keep scene descriptions to the very basics. So, for example, "Eve shaves Bond", does not mean only that, it means the entire scene between Bond and Eve in the hotel room, in which she also shaves Bond. An average dialogue scene lasts 2 to 3 pages of a screenplay (many are shorter, or of course can be longer) but a 2 or 3 min scene would take a whole day to set-up and shoot. It's very poss that Bond and Eve end up in bed in that scene because Eve shaving Bond suggests the are getting up close and personal.

Hope that helps.

It still doesn't explain the other anomalies - the wrong dates, the errors, and the bizarre way that some days are given over to filming multiple scenes where multiple takes may be needed while other days are dedicated to a single scene where only one take it possible.

I'm not sure you completely grasp what I'm saying about the scene descriptions on Call Sheets. What might appear to be a simple single shot (as per the one line call sheet description), may not be that at all. As I've explained with "Eve shaving Bond". The same applies to, for example, "Ext Moor. Silva sees M and Kincaid" (or words to that effect) - That scene may have all sorts of detail, elements, and action involved, but the call sheet description is just to give the crew the basic info they need to know what that scene is, cross referenced with their notes, marked up scripts, storyboards, etc. etc.

Re: mistakes; The production office produce the call sheets each day, often in a race against the clock, to get them to the crew by wrap time. So there are often typos and small errors in that sense. Also, call sheets are often produced and then quickly re-written, if for example, a day's shoot runs over and a scene is not completed as expected, then the call sheet for the next day has to be quickly changed, so old call sheets get binned. So, regarding the dates, it is still possible that our friend has got hold of out of date call sheets.

Anyway, we'll soon know once the film arrives in Oct.

There's plenty of funky-looking casinos in Macau. Like The Venetian, which is right on the water, features an indoor canal, and even has its own high-speed ferry service. Or the Grand Lisboa, featuring a funky-werid shape.

Macau was a portuguese colony till 1999. Could "Silva" truly be portuguese related? Just speculating... but cool!!!

He could be Portuguese, living in Macau. As you say, it was a colony until 1999. Unless Silva is actually a twelve year-old boy, I'd say he's Portuguese.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed...
This triggers memories from TMWTGG when Bond met Lazar, the portuguese man from Macau, the golden bullet maker who nearly got shot in a sensitive area... poor guy

If Bardem is playing Silva, and if Silva is from Portugal (or Brazil or Angola or any other Portuguese colony), then Macau makes sense as a location. Gambling is (technically) illegal in China, but Macau is one of the very few places where it is allowed. Legalised gaming tends to attract an unsavoury element, so Macau no doubt has some kind of underworld presence. Which makes it sound like a good hiding place for a fugitive.

If they had really wanted the information to remain a secret, they would never have printed it on a document as insecure as a call sheet, which gets distributed to everyone from the caterer to the sound engineer's brother-in-law. However, it makes sense that they'd object to the publication of their internal documents, simply on general principle.

Think what he meant is that her surname hasn't been revealed yet (...) ---- Silva is Silva, and etc.

Silva's name is... "Luiz Inázio" ;)
That said, with al due respect to what I think it was a great president! (well, at least a lot better than the bitch we got here)

Pity about Marketto, but I tought that would hapen sooner or later. One thing is posting stills, posters and even scripts of old movies, but top secret documents of a movie which hasn't been released...

Anyway, chupa EON! Marketto is o maìs grande do mundo, melhor que Maradona, melhor que Pelé! ;)

No production can run without Call Sheets. Info has to be passed to the film crew. Call sheets are still hard copies, but, no doubt, very soon, they will become downloads -- but outside people will still find a way to hack in. Sad.

I agree. Who said anything about call sheets being unnecessary? I merely question the likelihood of top-secret information being included on a document which is inherently likely to be leaked to the public. If "Silva" had been a big secret, the call sheet would have referred to the character as "villain" or "Javier" or something.
