“We have a whole programme of exciting activities planned for our 50th anniversary year, beginning with today’s announcement, by Fox, of the release of all 22 films on Blu-ray for the very first time. We are also delighted that Fox have unveiled a specially designed anniversary poster which we hope the fans will love as much as we do. Our website, 007.com will be regularly updated with all the latest anniversary news and events,” said Bond producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli.

Nice, simple and effective. I´m now seeing why Wilson mentioned GF a lot. I hope they take this retro stylish approach into SF.

Agree with you on that, and there got to be stores we can get it at like Hot Topics, FYE, Best Buy, Target and Spencers. Not just online stores like moviegoods.com and allposters.com.

Very nice poster.

But... unfortunately I won´t be able to hang to on a wall of my office. The lady is too naked for the taste of others.

Actually, the lady is a lot more dressed than some people wearing what passes for clothes these days, isn't she?

Lovely image, me likes.

I wonder what the format is - it doesn't appear to be a quad so I wonder where, if anywhere, it will be displayed in paper form.

And if the answer is nowhere, then it might not be for sale at all.

I love the GOLDFINGER image, of course, with the titles "from russia with love"-style on the body.

Interesting, though, that the female body does not need any underwear these days (remember the huge bikini on the GOLDFINGER poster?). Also, the panty-line is way, way down... Is Bond still family entertainment ;-)

By the way, is it me or are the titles "DR.NO", "LIVE AND LET DIE" and "THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS" bigger than the others?

It is not bad, but it do feels a little bit lackluster to me. I think they could have created something far more exciting if they really wanted a 50th anniversary poster for Bond...

Great, great work. Congratulations to all the fan-made-efforts, but I think this is really the best.

Was it here where someone attack Goldfinger?... EON knows its fans...

It's a nice poster, but I have to admit I'm tired with EON's insistence that gold be the default colour for promotions and packaging and all that. It just looks really naff, especially since 20 of the Bond movies (including Skyfall) have nothing to do with gold. It just ends up being unsuitable for all the other movies.

Well 50 years IS the GOLDEN anniversary, so the poster color is appropriate..

Why oh why keep the 007 logo behind both Tomorrow Never Dies and The World is Not Enough!?

I understand it being worked into CR and QoS's logos, but those two are just unnecessary...

Oh, and I didn't even think about it being the golden anniversary, PERFECT!!!

I know it's the golden anniversary, but given that EON have been slapping the gold around for many, many years now it seems to me that this poster would be gold no matter what milestone the movies had reached. Even if 50 years was not labelled as a golden anniversary, the poster would still be gold!

However, I'm glad EON have dialed things back a bit. They are not known to be shy when it comes to Photoshop, so it's nice to see a simple image executed with a bit of restraint, plus an elegant typeface.

It looks great and also makes me think that we may get a classic titles sequence along the lines of Goldfinger.

and you can hardly read them compared to the other over sized ones

i found this image on a link from this site to a fan art website for the 20th anniversary

think it would have been better since its the 50th anniversary since Dr.No not Goldfinger

and you would have been able to read the titles clearer just need more circles

Great poster. Love the homage to Goldfinger. The 007 logo next to the gold gunbarrel with the 50 in the center is simple yet effective.
