That said I note a lot of new features and an overall better operability for the mobile version.

the mobile version is looking a lot better (in fact the same as the PC version as far as I can tell). Need to see if can change the skin on the mobile as well.

Thanks, Team for bringing us back online! It's already a good work-in-progress, so I guess the end product will be just fine.
I switched to the IP.Board skin, and it's all good. I even appreciate it much more than the previous one.

By the way, do you think that the images attached to our member's id, those little icons, will be back?
Or better still, do you think we'll be able to attach a picture to our ID without having to wait to get to UNSG level?... (sorry I can't add any Smiley; I can't see them on my computer)

To highlight is a provisional solution. The Admiral already promised the current skin/design is nothing like the final version.

I'm loving this new look as well. Even if this is not the look that the forum ends up with having by default once all of the work is done on the update, hopefully we'll be able to still have this look as an option. I'm finding that the forums are much easier to read this way.

I've merged the two threads together so that we have a central discussion on this.

Since I got back from work this afternoon, I've resumed work on the CBn skin. You may need to refresh your browser a few times on the same page for the CSS changes to be re-cached to see where I'm currently at.

It's not finished yet - so things may still look a little... wrong.

When I think I'm in a good position, I'll ask for people to point out any quirks that they may spot - that'll help me track down and get them fixed up quicker. But note, I'm not ready yet.

There ought to be a button at the bottom of your post that says EDIT. If you use the mobile version you touch your post and the EDIT button should appear (or the QUOTE button if it's a post by another member).

Thanks for all your great work. I love the new look, even if it's not the definitive one. I find it much more readable and actually much more user-friendly.
Since you're obviously working hard to deliver a great new Forum, may I ask just one question: would it be possible to add an avatar picture without having to wait the 1000th post?

I think avatars should be added to CBn regular users, it looks incredibly dull that every avatar is just a grey man.

Not sure if I am alone here, but the white text box "Reply to this Topic", is in stark contrast to the black of the rest of the board.

Could it go back to being black as it kinda kills the eyes once used to the black - which I love.
