Agreed. Craig's Bond definitely needs to visit some snowy locales. With the exception of the pre-titles in CR, Craig's Bond has spent his time almost exclusively in warm weather locales.

- What about an aircraft-to-aircraft transfer? I don't mean like the "Fishing trip" in the PTS of LTK, but more like jumping from one doomed plane, about to crash to another one that is about to; gaining control of it & flying to safety, not unlike the beginning of Goldeneye?

Indeed. I'm sure the original idea for Quantum of Solace was going to have the climax set in the Alps. To reflect Bonds emotional state. Would've really liked to see that. I hope Craigs gets a few snowy locales in future. Would've liked to see Connery have some, too.

chris sharma is the king of climbing. as i learned in college when i started rock climbing but mostly bouldering. one of my favorite climbs of his is, is in the "best of the west - chris sharma" youtube video featuring the "flamignon" problem rated v13
ive had a growing interest in "the waterman" since i read "the wave" by susan casey. i would love to see craig windsurf in a bond film but i'm pretty sure that will only happen in my imagination

kind of like how connerys bond did and never had any ski scenes or snowy locations. which always made me wish, i could see a connery version of OHMSS

...personal names, the personal pronoun "I", and the first letter of each sentence are always majuscules. Capitalisation not on the curriculum? Sorry Jim, MHarkin, couldn't resist. Many apologies, chaps.
And BAB? I think you may want to edit your sig. I'm not sure what "rentry" is, but I do know that at the end of Moonraker Bond attempts re-entry.

What about a chase through a frozen forest?

I can imagine an intense chase through the entire thing. Deadly, slippy, etc. Would look great on camera. Interesting location. Also, another interesting idea. There was a scene, I think from the first episode, where a group of Orcas were tipping over a block of ice in order to catch their prey, which was in this case, a seal. Now, imagine if Bond was dumped in the middle of a freezing cold water, on a block of ice in the Arctic. The villian sets a few killer whales on him, they spot him, try and overturn the ice he's on. Bond is hanging on for dear life, and he eventually gets capsised. There's nothing Bond can actually do, but just swim for it. NIce nod back to Live and Let Die, too.

Could be a thrilling roof-top/in-car chase before it comes off the track or something?
