Ah that's what I thought. BUT, it's not uncommon for posters to use previous publicity stills, etc. Blood Stone had a QOS image.
Apples and Oranges buddy. Marketing for a major motion picture is not going to follow the same patterns as of that for a video game.

Although, even if it is a fake, it's a whole load better than the Quantum of Solace teaser poster we got!

With the exception of the main Casino Royale poster. I think all the posters in the Craig era thus far have been pretty good. My favorite being Bond and Camille walking through the desert.

Sony wouldn't advertise the 007.com site for the new film yet. It's still being used to promote Goldeneye and Blood Stone. That's the major give away.
I would say the major give away is what people had mentioned, that they were using an image from CR. If it was legit, it would be a new still of Craig.

Well yeah but the Quantum of Solace teaser poster used a still from Casino Royale's publicity, only photoshopped into the form of a shadow. Can't find it right now but I know it's out there. Hopefully we get the real deal at the press conference.
EDIT
Found the image for the Quantum poster. A bit small but you get the picture. http://farm4.static...._d1c0dae670.jpg

I really like that Skyfall poster. But I don't like that it is Sky Fall.

Another one has showed up. Description says it's part of the Bond 23 marketing campaign, and that a press conference will be held later on in the month. I love this poster though. So simple. Probably a fake, but it's great what you can do with just one image.
Nice find MHarkin, it seems like people are really excited seeing someone has already created a Youtube account for it, and is uploading them at this very moment! I really love the posters, but they aren't original or studio work, they aren't original.

The QOS teaser poster was great (machine gun toting Bond silhouetted on stone floor), it was the theatrical that was rubbish. The one with Bond and Camille awkwardly walking through some desert.

They did, but these aren't official teasers - they are fan-made posters, using images from other posters like, as The Shark demonstrated, the CASINO ROYALE poster. Was the teaser posters out before filming last time? I think they arrived into filming.

I don't think they'd so blatantly use (re-use) Royale's publicity photos. They wouldn't release a teaser poster before an official press release and the marketing team probably wouldn't create 4 (or however many there are here) posters each with a different colored logo. Hell, Eon hasn't released that many posters for a film of theirs in years.
And stuff like this just makes me wonder if everyone is getting trolled hard here. That or it affirms why Sony (potentially) would register 10 domains.

I'm seeing the title SKYFALL in nice, wide letters that take up the width of the poster (with an appropriate border to the edges). The colour is on a gradient; the S is boldest, while the last L is much fainter. The colour-grading is subtle, but you can see it. Furthermore, to play on the idea that "the sky is falling", the letters are breaking up; the S is solid, but the Ls is fractured. In the background, the debris from the letters is forming a faint 007 logo; it's not perfectly-formed, and you have to look to see it. It's almost like a shadow.

Quantum of Solace's teaser had a Casino Royale image, also.
No it didn't.

No, as similar as it is to the shot from CR (and suggested from the film), it is actually a different shot. Also remember the second teaser poster that showed Craig carrying the gun, that was a new shot, not reused from CR.

This was the poster (8.5x11) that was handed out at the QOS premier.
