Now that Carte Blanche has been published in some countries, I wonder what the novel is called in different countries. I guess it's not called Carte Blanche everywhere!? And second, where is it published? I haven't found any info about a swedish edition so far :/

"Carta Blanca" in Spanish, "Carta Bianca" in Italian, "Carta Branca" in Portugese... so far I assume it's "Carte Blanche" everywhere!
