I think that'd make for a great game actually! If they released it in 2012 for the 50th anniversary, they could include a level from every movie. My choices would be:
Dr. No - The car chase with Bond and the Three Blind Mice (you could prolong it by adding obstacles etc.)
From Russia With Love - Perhaps a chase through the Orient Express after Grant
Goldfinger - It would have to be the fight with Oddjob
Thunderball - The finale of the film. You could be Bond swimming after Largo, shooting Largo's men with spears as you go along
You Only Live Twice - The rooftop fight at the Kobe docks
OHMSS - Escaping Piz Gloria
Diamonds Are Forever - The lift fight with Peter Franks, although I guess that would be a bit short. Maybe after killing him you have to sneak the diamonds out of the building and get them to the airport without arousing suspicion
Live And Let Die - The boat chase of course!
The Man With The Golden Gun - It would have to be the final scenes on Scaramanga's island. You could start with the Chinese actually firing on Bond, and having to dodge the rockets/bullets that they fire at you. Next, land on Scaramanga's island, but instead of the events of the film, it could be a case of finding Goodnight but then bumping into Scaramanga as you flee, who then challenges you to a one-on-one battle. A video scene cuts in to show the duel between the two, where Scaramanga escapes. Then it cuts back to game mode where you find your way into the funhouse. Then the real fun starts...
The Spy Who Loved Me - The ski chase off the mountain
Moonraker - The skydiving scene. You have to steal the pilot's parachute and avoid Jaws
For Your Eyes Only - The climb up to St Cyrils and the fight which follows
Octopussy - Shooting your way through the Monsoon Palace, then riding yourhorse to Kamal's plane, jumping on and then fighting Gobinda on the wing (rather complex!)
A View To A Kill - The fight on the Golden Gate Bridge
The Living Daylights - A sniper level, shooting at Russian guards trying to get to Koskov before he makes it across the street
Licence To Kill - Shooting your way through Krest's warehouse and then throwing Killifer into the shark pool
Goldeneye - The fight on the dish with Alec
Tomorrow Never Dies - The battle on the stealth ship. Start by planting mines and then shooting your way up to the engine room to destroy the engines (you can't let Wai Lin have all the fun), and then make your way to Carver's office, killing him. Then you could exit his office and see Stamper about to kill Wai Lin, and naturally you have to stop him. Then find a way off the ship before it explodes
The World Is Not Enough - The boat chase
Die Another Day - The hovercraft chase
Casino Royale - Chasing Mollaka
Quantum Of Solace - Sneaking around the opera, taking out members of Quantum
