While this topic wasn't started just to find out which song is more fitting to the film, I'm still curious what Bond films actually first NGAG then ?

Probably something like TB/YOLT, or TSWLM/MR. Maybe even whatever Brosnan's fifth Bond movie would have been. Basically, one of the "kitchen sink" epics the more established Bonds get to enjoy later in their tenures.

There's an awful lot of AWTD riffs etc in Casino Royale.

For me the basis of the song was already in the DNA of the music

Man, they should have used that song in the credits or atleast made it an official QOS song, kind of Like TLD, which essentially had two theme songs.

It may be more interesting to think about how the results would be different if No Good About Goodbye had been used originally as the title theme and Another Way to Die was revealed as the rejected track.
