Thank you DanLF, yes many months of work into this one- should be great to get the agents together next year in light of no Bond 23 to look forward to. Thank you TRS for the mention.

Yes and OHMSS007 is in as well- so its Vespers in our wheelchairs at Lake Como, black agent gear for our bungee jump on the dam and Lafitte Rothschild with Monsieur Aubergine at our private lunch at the Eiffel Tower...any questions?!

Should I pack my protective butterfly mask for that Eiffel Tower lunch or will the exterminator sweep the room for us?

Hmmm. Just had a thought. I wonder if there really is a Room 204 at the Paris Ritz, where Bond and Rosa Klebb had their confrontation at the end of the novel FRWL. This may call for some independent investigation.

While not on the formal tour, I always hit Harrys Bar in Paris (and Venice)- we'll also hit the Ritz Cambon Bar..also to the Terminus Nord where he does stay in the novels

Nice! Really nice!

I prefer though the joy of adventure! I'd be cooler for me to grab a map fill my car up(hypothetically speaking) and head for the place!

Major Tallon, we are close to 70% booked, we should have it sold out shortly, if your fellow agents are in, just have them let me know as soon as possible, the mission is soon to be launched.

BOND BOURNE BEYOND

OPERATION EURO2010(07)

This definitely needs to be bumped. First of all go over to the new website

Come join your fellow CBn members this summer and get off your computer to visit some of the greatest 007 locations in Italy, Switzerland and France.

Last summer we went to all the Licence to Kill spots in Key West and all the Dr. No and Live and Let Die spots in Jamaica. We even got to see Fleming's Goldeneye!

So what's in store this year?

Ever wanted to trace the Vesper chase throughout Venice or ride a gondola like in Moonraker? We're doing that.
Ever wanted to stay at the Miramonti from For Your Eyes Only? We're doing that.
Ever wanted to visit the beautiful Lake Como and Mr. White's Villa? We're doing that.
Now how about the Europe 007 mecca Piz Gloria? Or maybe even do the GoldenEye bungee jump?" Well we are all going to Piz Gloria but we'll see who actually jumps off the dam.
Then to top it off we are going to go and take a bullet train to Paris and check out all the A View to a Kill locations and more.

Right well I'm hoping that we can get some more CBn'ers out to this. Trust me, with this group it will be a blast. They have contacts in all these locations that allow us special access that you could never get on your own. It's all about who you know.

Okay and last but not least. I've received some intel from THE FRENCH JAMES BOND PRESIDENT that in Paris we will be met by some unidentified persons to personally spend time with us. (Fingers crossed "OLGA, OLGA, OLGA") But I'd settle for Caterina. B) Or both. Honestly I have no idea really.

So contact orlandobond on CBn or email him at [email protected] to reserve a spot. Hope to see some new faces this year!

Agents, thank you for the wonderful note to CBNrs of Operation EURO2010, it sounds like a challenge has been sent out and then back to the other guests coming from that other online Bond ezine, eh?
We have posted the highlight of events in Lake Como yesterday to complete out the full itinerary for the group..we will get our photos in the wheelchair at Villa Del Balbanello while sipping on a Mathis-created cocktail! Cannot wait, and thank you agents for mentioning the trip on the forum... I DO plan on bungee jumping by the way...

Double-0-7 and I were talking about the Bungee jump last night. Seems like the big dare on the trip! What about you TRS007? Taking the plunge?

And happy to hear that Mr. and Mrs. Major Tallon will be joining us again!

I think we're going to need a pact to jump and enough participants to act as peer pressure or some of us more sensible types may chicken out.

Oh, and booze would be a good idea as well. B)

My 00 status is still pending confirmation due to real world issues of work.

So, if I make the dam tour, we shall see about the dam bungee jump?

Any other dam questions??

IF I can make it to this...I'll take the plunge.

I expect a full Royal Navy funeral in Hong Kong harbour and to be secreted aboard a submarine though.

I never had a desire to bungee jump but, if I were to do it, this would definitely be the place!

Oh, and booze would be a good idea as well. B)

Hmmm, you always seem to make this recommendation.

Bryce, definitely try to rearrange your schedule so you can join us on this epic journey. Richard and Leslie have excellent contacts that allow us access to things we wouldn't be able to see on our own. We are picking up a guide with Casino Royale filming experience for the Lake Como day, and the Presidente of the French James Bond Club will be showing us around the Bond-related villas outside of Paris.

This is a once in a lifetime trip, and Mrs D07 and I are looking forward to seeing old friends from DTBB (Jeff007, Professor Dent) as well as agents from the LTK2009 cruise (Mr and Mrs Orlando Bond, TRS, Major and Mrs Tallon, and others). This morning we received additional details about the trip and urge all Bond fans to visit Richard's page to learn more: www.themepartypeople.com

Dined with Major Talon and wife last night at the screening of "Phantom Menace"- always great to see you, Major. He too looks forward to regrouping with fellow agents- and is interested in the side tour to Bond literary locations in Paris with those that will join us. Due to an injury while in the field in Nassau, he will not be joining in the Goldeneye jump.
Largo.
