Having had similar problems I emailed the team and was sent a lovely email back stating that things are being worked on etc., and sorry for the inconvenience.

I appreciated that highly.

Thanks CbN team. B)

Every time I click on the "CBn Forums latest Intercepted Headline" link, I always get redirected to an error page. Refreshing the page doesn't help. I've even tried Safari and Opera to see if that changes anything but it doesn't.

Yes, none of the quicknews links have worked for me for months. I also have to keep logging in because the forum won't remember me.

The Quick News links in the forums don't work for me either, but then I am wondering if they are supposed to.

As Intercepted Headlines, all seems to work fine.

Is this the way it is supposed to work; Intercepted Headlines get loaded via the Quick News forum page?

(Are they the same thing?)

They are indeed the same thing. Once they are loaded and approved via the forums, they appear on the main page under the Intercepted Headlines banner.

We are aware of the Page Not Found error and do have it on the "to-do" list of sorts of things to try and fix. B)

But you keep posting quicknews links: what's the point of them if they don't work?

They do sir, but you have to access them via the Intercepted Headlines on the Main Site, not the forums.

For the moment.

It seems.

They work for me on the quick news submission forum, but not at the top where it says CBN latest news. Is this the same thing?

Personal photo is allowed after 1000 posts. With your current total of 41, there's still a bit of way ahead of you.
Sorry, it's the rules.

Intercepted Headlines is the other name for the CommanderBond.net QuickNews section - located here and on the right panel of our main page - it is our section for James Bond-related news collected from around the internet.

I'm not having any troubles. Try narrowing down the parameters as much as possible and see if that speeds it up at all.
