I'm pretty convinced it's him by looking at his photos and reading his comments. Forster is on Twitter.
I don't have it, but surely some here do? Someone has to ask him about QOS and if he intends to come back for Bond 23, or maybe later in the franchises run.

I've been a follower of his for a month or so now. I asked him if he was planning on doing a Directors Cut of Quantum of Solace, alas, he didn't reply.
