Unfortunately, I don't have a scanner. But here's a link to a site about the book/ DVD combos (in Japanese of course!).You will be able to see the new CR cover. IMO it's pretty halfhearted. (The cover not the film LOL.)

I don't know what scanners, new or used, cost in Japan but I do think you should pick up one, and not just to scan stuff to post here. I got spoiled having access to one at my previous job. After I was fired, I found that I needed one so I picked a used one for under $30.

Hey guys. I had a go at creating CR and QOS as if they were the Ultimate Edition DVDs. Here are the results. Hope you like them. Enjoy.

Casino Royale Cover
Casino Royale Full Package
Quantum of Solace Cover
Quantum of Solace Full Package

It makes me wonder if EON will EVER do an UE of the new/upcoming Bonds...

I'm sure they will. Probably not a UE DVD, it'll probably be BluRay (yipee) B) but I'm sure it'll happen.

I've never really liked the earlier covers for the UE, I've never bought them either. But they were a lot better than those terrible latest covers for the UE DVDs, they look like average fan made covers.

I think not many people would notice that your work is fan made, 001carus, well done! You can send these covers to EON with the request to finally make a complete UE collection. B)

That's the best part. For fan made stuff, it's very respectable. For something made by a big studio, it's pretty tame.

What's also rather cool is that each film has a reversible sleeve with the film poster on the other side. The CR one has Vesper in the purple dress.

Hey, these are great!! Do you happen to have both sets of CR and QOS covers you did in a bigger size, along with the Disc labels?

I'd love to get them in a bigger size so I can use them, especially the covers (so I can custom do up a UE spine and back without having to do a front from scratch).

Sorry, they're the biggest I made them. The best I can do are those wallpapers lower down. And my my hard drive, like, malfunctioned so I lost all my work on it. All that's left of these are these images online. Sorry.

Great work!
Does anyone know if there are some fan made covers for the White Cover Ultimate Edition (CR, QOS and maybe NSNA)?

Cool job 001carus! You really know how to use Photoshop, don't you?

Hah! Thanks Aris007. However, I'm gonna let you in on a little secret - I didn't use Photoshop for this at all (I know I said so at the top page, but that was just so everyone understood what I meant). I used Fireworks, also by Adobe (once manufactured by Macromedia), which, while isn't as powerful as Photoshop, it's far easier to use and, IMO, has a much better interface.

So in actuality, I don't really know how to use Photoshop at all (Just a bit).

"It's amazing waht you can do with "Fireworks" these days!" B)
