Here's the CGI bits I noticed:

1. Bond smacking Mitchell and falling through the glass.

2. The smoke from the DC-3.

3. The free-fall after they entered the sinkhole.

4. The DC-3 stalling out.

5. The shot of the lake in the sinkhole.

Not that much, and it wasn't overdone.

The only one that really stood out to me was the airplane/freefall scene.

Yeah, it stuck out like a sore thumb. All the other CGI was done well.

Yup. Besides the DC3 scene, the rest of the CGI was in order for me.

I only really noticed it during the DC3/Freefall scene and I could cope with it.

Yeah, it was noticeable, but not bothersome.

The bit where the framework of the construction in the chapel is swinging around as Bond and Mitchell fight was a bit too apparent as CGI, I think. :(

I personally thought the Mitchell fight was the worst offender. Though really cool visually, there's something a bit off when they fall through the glass.

Agreed about the falling through the glass roof. There's something a bit too fluid about their body language that only a computer generated character could produce that struck me.

For some reason, maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me, but I felt the water in the cave was very, very obviously CGI.

Yep, that was going to be my answer, as well. Particularly the bit where they break the glass at the top.

I imagine that the CGI here might be similar to that in DIE ANOTHER DAY in the respect that once it comes out on DVD, it will be far less noticeable on the small screen. The Scene in DIE ANOTHER DAY wasn't nearly as bad whe I watched it on DVD. Sure, the shot that cricles the Brozzer as he rides the wave was, but the one that had a completely CGI Bond wasn't.

There's some fairly noticeable CGI when Bond is on top of the bell tower looking around for Mitchell before they fall through the top of the building.

An then of course there's the plane sequence which has quite a bit of CGI. Couldn't help but have a little deja vu from DIE ANOTHER DAY...

but all in all, I didn't mind it in QoS, I did in DAD at points.

I agree about the overuse of CGI in this and in DAD, if they simply do not have the time/money to do a scene without CGI then I believe that they should just leave it out and use something else. Stunts ALWAYS look better when they are done for real or even with minitures.
