So it appears there are going to be two versions of the US paperback. A trade size released on May 12 and a mass market size released on the 19th (and the publisher now shows as Vintage, not Anchor.

Well that seems a bit odd. Are they really just trying to get people to spend a bit more on the trade paperback a week early?

Or perhaps this trade version will just be more difficult to find...

It's not bad. I look forward to the trade edition cover. There is also art for a Canadian paperback from Anchor Canada which is, so far, my favorite paperback art.

Yeah, I like the trade paperback a little bit better too, although the mass market one is better than the British version.

i'm a sucker - i already have the hardback - and was disappointed with it - but i'll also buy the trade when it comes back for my collection.

Got my paperbacks today (1 day from Amazon!). They look great. Nice to see a mass market size Bond book again.
