I don't like Risico as a film title. I know it has ties to Fleming, but it doesn't actually mean anything. I know it's supposed to be Italian for "risk", but it's not. "Rischio" is the Italian work for risk, according to Babelfish, and kowing some of the rules of grammar in the Italian language, the spelling of "risk" is entirely contextual. "Risico" doesn't sound mysterious, exotic or even remotely intriguing. It sounds like exactly what it is: an English bastardisation of a foreign word.
Well i was going ot put this in my intial post.....
I'm also well aware that each of the remaing fleming titles have groups who dislike it for one reason or another.
Risico some consider a title that fall flat and Captain does a good job of pointing out the major flaw
The Hildebrand rarity seems to some to weird a title especially after Quantum of Solace
and of course
The property of a lady some have cited as being too romantic.
and Everyone is entitled to their opnions Risico i would like to defend as possibly changing the meaning entirly and having it become the name of a weapon, mission, or the last name of a villian
but of course i must connfess right now THR and TPOAL are my 2 favourites.
