It was cool, sort of, but I think I speak for most traditional Bond fans when I say they should have made THUNDERBALL with connery's voice into a game, not frwl.

RIGHT?

I initially would've chosen FRWL over only a handful of Bond films for a game because of its lack of "video game" action. That said, I like what we got and will take it over no Connery game at all. Now, if only they'd do one for Rog, George, Tim, and Dan. :cooltongue:

Rog might still be able to sound like Bond. The Spy Who Loved Me could be a kickass 007 game.

They made this game because the creators thought it had a good plot with enough action

They didn’t make Thunderball because they don’t have the rights to. Kevin McClory held those rights. Goldfinger and Dr No were characters in GoldenEye: Rogue Agent, so that most likely nixed their films from being made in to games at that point. You Only Live Twice and Diamonds Are Forever were most likely not chosen because they feature Blofeld as a major character and Blofeld’s rights are disputed and had been claimed by Kevin McClory.

This leaves From Russia With Love with SPECTRE changed to OCTOPUS to avoid Mr McClory’s rights.

Well, they have chosen FRWTL maybe because it's one of the Bond films that the fans appreciate a lot.

They also wanted to make a game on FRWL because of the solid plot.

I liked the FRWL game. Too bad you couldn't be Bond in multi player..

I think Dr. No would make a good game.

But my dream Bond game is to be able to pick any Bond skin and play scenes from various locations in the films.

Indeed. Activision best listen to what the fans want.

I also think they made the game to include my user name as a multiplayer feature: Sharp Shooter: This power-up increases a player’s shooting accuracy :cooltongue:
